Tonight I had the worst Arby's meal and order experience. First no receipt period! I wanted to check it because I was suspicious... of my high total for $12.50 per meal. In fact I was asked to donate extra money to the "no child go hungry fund" which i did. When ordering i had to repeat myself more than 2x, she was not listening to me and end the i found out it was the Manager takingthe order and she did not get the order right. The bread on my sandwich was so stale and wrinkled I literally could hear myjaw pop as I struggled to rip each Bite with my teeth. In the end i had to take the meat out and eat only the meat. I have neverhad bread this stale or hard in my entire life and i am almost 60. I won't be back for sure to the Battlefield location by thehospital. Read more

I had the new steak sandwich that is shown on TV. It was expensive, bread was soggy and stale, hardly any cheese or grilled... onions. The cost for the sandwich & a drink was over $11.00. I was sadly disappointed. Store needs a deep cleaning. Read more
No one was in line. Lady had me waiting about 10mins. I actually drove around the restaurant before entering the drive through... and no one was in front of me. Poor customer service and super nonchalant about actually offering service. If your workers don'twant to work please hire people that do. Read more
The ice cream machine never works! So the milkshakes are never available. Of course the short staff the folks that are there are... very nice doing the best they can. Management needs to fix that giant hole that's been there forever on the drive up window thatpeople get stuck in and bounce down the whole has to be 6 in deep and probably about 5 ft wide right in front of the drive-thruwindow this is the one on Battlefield boulevard in Chesapeake Virginia 233 20. I enjoyed a meal from here recently. Saw a promo on TV for their new Crispy Fish Sandwich, buy one get one free, 2 for $5 bucks,... something like that, and remember thinking to myself that I haven't had any sort of filet filet sandwich in years. The next dayas I was coming home for lunch I popped into the Battlefield Blvd location and picked up the deal and brought it home. I alsoordered a large curly fry to go with the meal. Drive-through experience was quick and everything on the order was correct. Uponarriving home I noticed the sandwiches were larger than I expected and I put one in the fridge for later and had the other forlunch. You get a nice sized piece of fried fish on there along with cheese, shredded lettuce and whatever their tartar sauce ison a toasted sesame seed bun. I found it to be very good and so were the fries. Got food quickly but some of the sandwiches had the wrappers wrapped with what is normally on the outside on the inside. I also... asked for no cheese had still got cheese so I couldn't ear my sandwich. I ordered a Diablo chicken sandwich meal with nocheese, a Diablo roast beef and a Ruben. I got some gyro instead of my Diablo roast beef. Overall bad experience. I would notgo to this location again. No receipt given or offered so I couldn't get any of it fixed. Read more
