Worst service ever. Hosts to lazy to leave their stand. Told us to seat oursleves and couldn't even get us menus. Waitress'... attitude was terrible aswell as service (especially when there were only 4 tables seated when we walked in). All of the food wasstone cold and fries were probably left over from the lunch shift. I was done with my burger 10 minutes before my girlfriendswings even came out. A $5 discount was applied when quite frankly the wings should have been comped since we ended up having totake them home and microwave them. All this when TNF is about to come on. Explains why the place was a ghost town. Read more

The food at this location is as good as any BWW; but the long wait, from being short staffed is not worth it. Still only seating... about half the dining area and typically on ly twobserviera covering the seated half. Service is still reasonably good, butnthewait for the food is not. If you coming to watch the game, be extra early and maybe grab a snack before heading out the door. They say 20-30 minutes at the door, but they mean whenever the folks watching the current game decide to leave. appearance = pitiful service = inattentive food = mid first of all, by looking at this resturant you can tell it needs work.... its dirty looking, not to mention the grass that looks like it hasnt been cut since the 1900?s. when my family and i came in, itwas fine at first, but as you can assume you cant trust first impressions. soon after we sat down, i look to my left, and whatdo i see? a gigantic yellow jacket bee. lovely right! no. after not getting my food for a solid 30 minutes despite being theonly customers in there, our drinks were left empty and we didnt get offered refills until we had to flag down another one ofthe waitresses that has been hiding in the back with the others. but wait! theres more! as i look down to pick up my things andleave, theres an ant on the table. nice to know id been eating with insects. i guess you could say i had an ?exotic? experience. I've had good experiences here in the past, but not this time. The chicken tenders were small and dry, except for one that was... only warm in the center and tasted rubbery, as if it wasn't fully unfrozen before being cooked. The night we went, business wasslow and the servers were more interested in talking to each other than waiting on my godson and me. I'm okay with chit chat, but we had to wait on drink refills and after sitting a long time, I had to ask for the check. Read more

There is ALWAYS something missing from the order. I wouldn't even bother processing a refund because it never happens. Today was... just the final straw. Our order included a BASKET (large) Wedges and Chips and Dip Trio. The photos are before we even had abite of any of our food. Read more

I have to say, I was surprised. The overall stay was quick and pleasant. The server was very nice and did a great job. But what... really got me was the fact that the food came out fast and it was good! I can?t wait to come back. Loved it! Read more

I love Buffalo Wild Wings. It's a fun, casual environment to eat quality food in. The service is usually spot... on. Unfortunately, that experience does not translate to online or takeout orders at all. The past three times that my familyhas ordered from this location, we have had at least two problems with our order. This evening, after working 11 hours, weordered 50 wings and some veggies online for us to take home. First of all, the order took much longer than it should have, andeven after taking so long, the order was riddled with problems. Most notably, we WANTED to order 50 wings, 25 mild and 25medium, but the website decided that that wasn't gonna fly. We made doubly sure to check the box for both sauces, but when theorder went through, it was incorrect. Additionally, we ordered 3 counts of carrots and celery, (the maximum amount we could getwithout paying extra, couldn't even get ranch to go with it.), and the pitiful results of that are shown in the attachedimage. Each """order""" of carrots and celery contained five pieces, which makes absolutely no sense. 15 pieces of vegetablesto go with 50 wings? Really? Not only that, but the celery looked sad, and the carrots were small. Thankfully, they managed togive us the bag of vegetables that was meant to go with a different order. I feel sorry for that person, because they paid for alot more veggies than we did, but didn't get any. The wings we did get were fine, a decent amount of sauce, nice and hot, butthey were torn to shreds. Most of the flats were torn up, skin and meat hanging from the bone. Not the best way to eatwings. Honestly, this particular experience could have been much worse. I would understand if an order slipped through thecracks because the staff was stretched thin dealing with a full house. But, as of the time I'm writing this, the majority of theUnited States is under quarantine, and there was only one other group waiting to get their food. If that kitchen can handle >100 Read more

We went on a Saturday afternoon. We practically had the place to ourselves. Food came out quickly and had good flavor. The... sampler is the way to go. The kid's chicken tenders were a little too crispy to chew for our young kids, but if they had beenfor an adult, would have been just fine. Read more
