Every time my husband and I have tried to order from here it's an absolute disaster. Several times they've completely run out kf... fries and drinks. When they ACTUALLY do have fries, they're always cold. Burgers are either completely wrong or missing nearlyeverything. This location is consistently a nightmare. Absolutely avoid this place. I'm new in town and I've been driving by and noticing there's almost never many people at this location, while Wendy's(across... the street) is packed. It made me wonder of the locals know something i don't about the food/service at this BK. Today i decidedto take a chance since i was limited on time and Wendy's had a line wrapping around the building. I ordered a #1 meal(whopper) it was horrible. The worse I ever had at BK. The burger was cold and hard as if it was made 2 days ago. It was shockingly bad, i couldn't eat it. know BK corp has better standards than that so i will assume this particular store is failing and I'll steerclear. Read more

Let me preface this by saying that all of my opinions are already taking consideration that this is a fast food restaurant and... not much should be expected. This is by far the worst fast food business I have been to in years and years. The. Worst. Firstand foremost the young woman taking the order in the drive thru was rude and seemingly could not hear me. I speak loudly. Thenthe restaurant was out of Diet Coke and sprite. No apologies just ?choose a different drink?. When I got to the window the youngwoman was rude and no name on her name tag to even call out here. Then she couldn?t put the lids on the drinks and struggledthere. When I finally got my food they didn?t even give me a kids meal just shoved my daughters food in with mine. When I askedfor the toy I paid for with my kids meal they huffed and puffed. Then my fries were not just cold but freezing. When I asked fora manager the employees just ignored me. It really sucks service was slow and others in front of me couldn't get their orders right. The soda machine had bad tasting... sodas and would not give you any ice. It took them over 30 minutes to get my order out. There were only about ten customers inthe restaurant and people from the Drive through would come in trying to get their orders right. Read more
"Fresh, hot food fast!" Closed lobby, for social distancing and safety. Drive through only, open and ready for service. Overall, I have nothing negative to say. We came inside and grabbed some breakfast before a trip and it came out rather fast and... tasted pretty solid for the cheap price. I visited on a Monday around noon. There was no one in line in front of me. The inside seemed pretty dirty with stick floors,... dust on counters, and stains on the wall. Service was not rude, but it wasn?t friendly. The order took a longer than averagetime to prepare. The food was fine for a Burger King with the burger being hot. The onion rings and mozzarella sticks were nothot, but they were not cold. I will not be returning due to the length of the order time and the dirty appearance of therestaurant. Read more
