I try to treat myself every couple weekends on the Greek pizza & it?s just getting to be a complete disappointment. There are... more onions & spinach than anything. I can literally count the sparingly little pieces of olives, pieces of tomato & fetacrumbles! 3? of plain crust at the edges. So bummed but I guess this will be my final order of what used to be an amazing pizza& worth the high cost. Sorry guys but you fell pretty short of customer satisfaction. Read more

Long time fave? scammed. Don?t order pizza here? This place doesn?t look like much from the outside but there pizza has always... been on point. Use there coupons and specials and you can?t go wrong. Great pizza but their better staff need rest. The amount of hrs some of the managers work bc there?s no staff has to be killing... them physically, mentally, and emotionally. My heart goes out to the in store management. I hope they all find something bettervery very soon. Read more
Trying all the local restaurants in the area. Decided to give this place a shot since they sent out coupons saying if you signed... up for an account you would get 35% off your first order. You don?t. You get some garlic knots which I didn?t order since I wasalready getting the cheese bread with the special meal. Now onto food quality. I really wish they would have just called me andsaid they were running out of cheese. Pizza hardly had any and the Philly cheese had zero. And then there was desert. The pizza is good, however they can't seem to accommodate a special request. We've ordered from them several times since moving... here. My husband loves anchovies. Like...LOVES anchovies. Each time we've requested extra anchovies. We ordered online andasked them to "Eff me up with some anchovies". They got close, but still lacking. No problem. We'll call. So this time wecalled. I spoke with a young woman. I asked for extra extra anchovies. I said specifically, "Today is my husband's birthday. He loves anchovies. I'd like the entire pizza covered in anchovies. An obscene amount. Make it like anchovy icing if it was acake. I don't want to see any cheese. TONS of anchovies. I don't care what you have to charge, but just load it up." We gotthis. Very little anchovies. So my husband called Chanello's since this is the 4th time we've tried to get a pizza with alarge amount of anchovies. The girl who I ordered through answered. My husband asked what we needed to say in order to get afull anchovy pizza. He genuinely wanted to know what we needed to say in order to get the desired amount of anchovies. Shetold us to ask for extra anchovies. Clearly that's not working. She asked if we wanted to speak to a manager. My husband saidyes. We waited and then got disconnected.
