Chanelo needs to cook their pizza a little longer it's just so floppy so doughy. I don't think they understand what making a pie... is really about. This is a pizza delivery that, I believe, was born in my hometown (Norfolk, Va.). When I was a police officer in Norfolk, this... was one of few places that was open after 11pm. Along with pizza they have subs, wings, salad and a small amount of desserts.The food is good and when I order, my food is ready on arrival. So, we were very leary because of the reviews and rating but we gave this location a try. The pizza was AMAZING which was... delivered via door dash. The pizza was very hot and exactly what we ordered. It tasted amazing so maybe we got lucky? pizza took an hour, to only get delivered by to the wrong address. pizza delivery lady came back, gave us the address that it... went to, and told us that it?s right down the street and that we need to drive down the street and ask these random people forour pizza. called back and after 10 minutes of arguing with the manager she said she would send another. 45 minutes later thesame delivery lady comes and apologize, actually a very nice lady, getting inside after all this time (2 and a half hours later)we open the pizza to have no toppings, and the cinnamon knots (pictured) are literally raw dough soaked in cinnamon juice.seemingly good employees, terrible management Read more

So disappointed in the pizza that we ordered. Used to be so amazing, but its so "francise" now. Prices have went up. However... cheese bread is good. Wings are OK, not the best but were just ok.
