Tonight everything was moving like a well oiled machine we got our order it was correct and no one was goofing off. I'm happy... ChickFila employs young h.s students however some make it bad for the rest especially when ai have to make a complaint about ateam lead not greeting and witnessing food being played with i.e tossed from the back of the store. Only reason it's not a 5 star is because, the young lady taking our order in the drive thru your us that the Autumn shake was... not pumpkin and it was just cinnamon balls in vanilla ice cream.... So I was like I'll get it anyway my daughter wanted it if itwas pumpkin but she ended up getting cookies and cream. Well we got our shakes she smelt it she said that is PUMPKIN PIE!!! I really do love this place! only reason I am leaving this a 3 star review, is because I went here at night and the fries were... soggy and warm and the chicken was tough and hard! The sprite even tasted off!! Not giving my two year old chick fila for a longtime because this time she choked on a piece of chicken, chopped up into small bites and everything! The worst service Chic-fil-a I have ever visited. I ordered off the app for in store pick up I get there and wait 10 to 15... minutes for one of the many employees to ask if I been helped on a night that was not busy only for them to give me my orderthat been sitting on the counter from the time I walked in the food was not hot threw it straight in the trash I usually don'twrite bad reviews but this isn't even the 1st I been to this store with this same issue I will drive the extra miles to go toanother store Read more
This location CONSISTENTLY forgets items - even from small orders. And when contacted, they give half-hearted attempts to ?make... it right? - getting missing fries by having to use the app is not acceptable. I was able to turn around this most recentinstance, only to be given a medium fries with a total of 10 fries, including the tiny ones. Do better! Read more
This place has gone tremendously downhill recently. The line barely moves and the employees seem to hate being here, something... I?ve never seen at a Chick-fil-A before. I don?t expect much, but they don?t even say my pleasure and just have an idgafattitude. This last visit they didn?t even respond at all when I said thank you. Clearly poor management and ineffectivetraining. I work at a Chick-fil-A that would?ve never let any of this slide. Recently they?ve even given me the entirely wrongorder and regularly don?t have grilled sandwiches. If you have endless time and patience, this is a good spot. Otherwise findanother one. Read more
