This location, like all Chick-fil-A locations, has great service and good quick service food. This location can be very... difficult to access. The drive through line is always very long. You normally have to park in the mall?s parking lot to goinside as there is very limited parking. The inside was clean, but it is small and does not have self serve condiment station.Therefore, if you do not ask for a particular condiment when ordering, you will not have that condiment. Also, refills on drinksare not available without waiting in a long line. I have given 4 stars based on the difficulty accessing the store and thesmall, limited interior. The service is friendly, and the food is good for a quick service (or fast food) restaurant. Read more
Went through drive-thru line for 2 ice cream cones. Waited in line for approximately 15-25 minutes (again, for two simple ice... cream cones). Got to the window, immediately was asked to pull up to the yellow cone. Continued to wait even longer. A customerbehind me was angry as well for reasons I?m sure similar to mine. He requested and received a refund after arguing with thewindow cashier. I had to speak to the window cashier AND the manager over TWO ICE CREAM CONES that were halfway melted comingout of the window. After asking for the cones to be made a little bigger just for the inconvenience of having to wait for solong with no explanation given, we still received no food but wasn?t given a refund. The entire issue could have been resolvedhad they 1. Had the cones ready by the time I got to the window 2. Made the cones bigger as I asked FOR THE INCONVENIENCE 3.Provided a respectful and simple explanation as to why I had to wait so long for ice cream, something I could?ve simply gone tothe store to get but instead I chose to come here. Night shift needs a better handle on their late night rushes or they simplydo not need to work nights. Read more
I was greeted by an incredibly friendly gentleman at the drivethru, he not only took my order quickly and correctly, but made... suggestions to help make sure my children were happy as well. I did not have to wait to order or to pick up my food, andeverything was delicious! I would highly recommend visiting, especially between 6-7 am. Read more
I go because my dog loves the grilled chicken nugget kids meal. Always quick and friendly. I never order anything for myself... because frankly when the company caved to the far left pressure, I lost interest completely. Other than that, my dog loves them,and they are efficient and friendly. Read more
You can never complain about Chick FIL A bit one thing I did not care for. There is a drive thru, curbside, delivery service and... yet 3/4 of the parking lot is set aside for non inside dining. You have try and find a place to park. Read more
Fast friendly and delicious. I was actually surprised they could complete an order for 9 people in only a few minutes. Not only... fast but hot and accurate. I was also happy with the price, we spent under 70 dollars for everyone. We went to a place witharches waited 45 minutes for cold food and spent over 100 dollars for the meal. 1/3 empty! Didn?t have enough to add granola mix. Not the first time this happened. Called twice in 4 days to speak to a... manager. No return call or refund as promised by first employee. Disappointed and unexpected bad experience from such a popularplace. Read more
