I honestly would have rather stayed home and had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Where oh where do I even start with the... laundry list of problems that occurred in the last 2 hours: 1. My salad was made wrong three times. 2. The server rang mymother's food up incorrectly and did not bring her the correct food. Now she did correct this error (that was probably the bestpart of the night, the 1 problem that was corrected.) 3. The lettuce on my mother's salad looked as if it was cooked. 4. Serverhad a bad attitude and made us feel like an inconvenience to the socializing she was doing at work. 5. When the server asked myfather if the check would be together or sperate my father said "No that's it," the server miss understood and said she wouldsplit the check. My father the corrected her and said we don't need it split. The server then started to talk him through howto pay on their table. My father said "I will, I'm just trying to understand how you rang things up." The server then walkedaway and threw her tablet down on the bench and YELLED for the whole restaurant to hear, "FINE! DON'T ASK ME TO DO ANYTHING ESLEFOR YOU AGAIN!" This makes no sense to me because, she is in a service industry. We never blamed the server for the mistakethat were made in the preparation of the food. We definitely realize food preparation mistake are the fault of the kitchenstaff and not servers. 6. After she said this I asked to speak with a manager. The manager seemed to be unengaged anduninterested in what I had to say, when I was expressing my concerns about the experience. Needless to say, we will never goback to this location. We have noticed that since the beginning of the Covid 19 Pandemic, that the quality of food and servicehas been on a decline at this location. This is a shame,, we use to really enjoy the experience we had when we went to thisChili's location. Read more
November 10th 2022 will be the LAST time I ever visit this location again. I do not have enough space to write down the laundry... list of issues. Nor do I have the energy to tell all because of how draining the experience was. I award no stars for a rating &am ONLY giving one to post this review. Good luck in the future Read more
Food was good. Service was a little slow. When we got there we were told to grab a table by the bar. Ok no problem. After 5... minutes or so I literally set a 5 minute timer and if it would of went off we were leaving. The waitress barely and I meanbarely beat the clock(it went off as she walked away with our drink order). Had to ask for drink refill twice. Service was terrible. Waited 20 minutes for server to come to table. Took our order. Half the apps came out with our main... course. The other half came out as we were half way thru our main course. The waitress never came back till we had to askanother waiter to grab her. Never came back to ask how food was, had no napkins, if we needed a refill or anything. Food was very good, the waiter not so much. After he dropped off our drinks he never came back to our table. Runners dropped off... our food and showed more attention than our waiter. The dining room was practically empty. There was only 2-3 other tables. Myson had to ask the hostess for to go containers. Our waiter never stopped by to see how our food was, if we needed refills, togo containers, or anything. And like I said there were only 2-3 other tables. He just disappeared the whole time. Server was attentive & helpful. Food is decent. My burger was a little overdone but otherwise the food was good. I highly... recommend the street corn. It is delicious ???? I liked the nachos as well. They do nachos differently than most restaurants.Each individual nacho gets a layer of cheese, pieces of meat, and bean sauce. They're arranged in a circle around a center oflettuce, Pico de Gallo, and sour cream. Read more
We ordered take out from here last night. Our meals were a mess when we got home it looks like they packed our food in a salad... container. The portions were small and they gave us raw broccoli instead of steamed. I called the restaurant and they said ohthey just not have cooked the broccoli long enough. I?m like it looks like the chef thought he was making a vegetable tray thebroccoli is RAW. I will not be ordering take out again from here. What a mess! Read more
Our waitress, Hannah, was hilarious and a great help. The service was very friendly and quick with the food being above our... expectations. We also got dessert and it still came out relatively cheap. A great representation of fine American Dining Read more
