2nd time in a row our pizza was delivered cold. The 2nd time we refused it and sent back to store. The 1st time manager... apologized and explained they was backed up. This time we used app and tracked the pizza. Was being delivered and we seen driveron the way, then the app seen driver going back to store. We called store and was told she forgot pizza. We asked if it wasgoing to be still hot and then told it just came out of oven (thought she forgot it ???). When driver arrived was not in red bagand the boxes were cold. Was told she took them out of bag at car ( other drivers do it at door ???). We opened box, pizza cold.She said pizza was under heat lamps so didn't know why it was cold. Returned the pizza and ended up eating cereal for dinner.Very disappointed Read more
Ordered Lunch from this location however, my order was not made to ?perfection?. lol The Buffalo Chicken sandwich I ordered was... not made accurately and I ordered the 5 cheese dip & Parmesan bread twist but got the Cheese and marinara dip instead. Highlydisappointed. Read more
Ive tried ordering from this store 3 different times and all 3 times its taken my money out my account and has told me can't... process your order! Well this 3rd time it charged me twice and made my account $37 dollars negative!! And was told that my orderwas never received atthe store! I ordered 2 pizzas at store #4220 in Chesapeake, Va. 23323. The pizzas arrived quickly but one of the pizzas was incorrect. I... called the store and spoke to Jason. Jason was amazing and apologetic and made the pizza correctly then had it delivered tome. I thanked Jason for his quick response in making things right and in doing so, I found out he is the General Manager ofthis location. Jason is awesome and I hope Justin Meuhrkle (apologies if this is the incorrect spelling) knows and realizesthis! I ordered from this establishment about a year or so ago and the female manager was horrible when my order was neverdelivered to me but instead delivered to someone down my street. She told me numerous times my order was delivered to mebecause the driver said it was. She insinuated multiple times that I was lying and the driver wasn?t. The order was deliveredto the wrong house because she didn?t pay attn to the order of the numbers in the address. I told myself I would never orderfrom there again but I have on 2 other occasions since without a problem and now I know why? because there is a General managernamed Jason that is doing an AWESOME job!!!!!! Always provides good customer service from order to delivery. Jason (who?s name I know because of the dominos tracking feature)... tends to take care of our order a lot and always does a great job of getting it to us hot and fresh! Constantly under staffed, single person or just two. However, every employee has been wonderful and amazing despite the... challenges they face. Although, I have seen them at rare times, full staff in the last 3yr ordering from them. They do great atletting customers know when they don't have drivers or if waiting times will be long. I've seen first hand, walk ins withattitude and met with respect and "please understanding" that the employee was alone. And did great with quality of the fooditems and clean work area. I think the deserve more pay for the kindness/effort they put into their work. Whoever is hiringthese employees are doing a great job. I almost see someone new every time, yet they are all so nice and accommodating. Read more
This is by far one of the worst domino's I have ever been into in person. Between the manager yelling at employees, employees... eating openly where the food is being prepared, and extremely dismissive customer service, I would never recommend this store.The final finished product of pizza was fine, but the 1 hour+ and horrible customer service, makes it a waste of time.
