Every time we go here. Donuts are stale muffins included. Service is poor. Living right across the street I keep giving them a... try. But I tend to go to the one on battlefield so I can get fresh donuts and muffins. The coffee is even better prepared. This store needs new management. Read more
Went the other day. One door was locked so we walked to the other one which was open. An employee started yelling that the door... should have been locked that they are not wanting people inside. We walked away. Never again will I stop here! Read more
The inside has been closed several times for whatever reason. In of it's self is not that big of an issue but they post no sign... in the door and getting multiple children out of car seats and up to the door only to find they are closed inms ridiculous. Thenyou go through the drive though and waited 28 minutes in order to pick up my mobile order. This location has drastically gonedownhill the past year or so. And judging by the other reviews everyone else has noticed as well expect apparently theowner/management. Read more
I love the people that work here. The service can be S L O W so be prepared to wait because the upper management won?t put on... more than 1 person because they don?t want to hire more people. It?s not fair to the staff to blame them for the slow servicewhen they are doing the job of 4/5 people because the management doesn?t want to spend the money to hire more people. The STAFFtho 5/5 my coffee is ALWAYS right. I always get my food right. They are ALWAYS pleasant, despite their problems. 5/5 will keepcoming back. Read more

Most horrific customer service EVER!! Stood inside without being event acknowledged for over 5 minutes. Young w/f working the... drive thru along with young b/m cooking and neither took the time to even say "I'll be right with you". AND they were not busy. Disappointed ?? Not the best. While the drive thru was busy, no one was inside but me.... Waited 4 minutes before anyone... acknowledged my presence. Got the munchkins right away. Got the mini bagels shortly after sitting... These were REALLY good. Butthey forgot my coffee. After waiting another 5 mins, I asked..... Took them 30 secs to make/pour. This Dunkin is a ?newer? location and has been terrible since it opened. I didn?t think it was possible, but it has been even... worse in recent months. Employees are incredibly rude, the drinks are terrible 90+% of the time, and they operate shady. I havegone several times, against my better judgement, in the morning because it is convenient and on my way to work. During openhours, the lights have been off in the dining area and doors locked. There was a poor man that walked through the drive through.While ordering, I overheard one of the workers ask the person in charge if they could let him in. No signs were posted that itwas drive through only, and the app showed that dine-in/walk-in was available. It is truly a joke of an operation. The failuresat this location start at the top, with management, and trickle their way down. If you don?t mind wasting a few dollars andwant to support an awful location, by all means go here. Otherwise, plan to get your coffee and breakfast elsewhere. Read more
