Get the 11-1 time slot and the kids can stay all day - or until they drop from... exhaustion :) Discovered the Room for Nursing mom's and it helped me put the wee- little grandchild to sleep while the siblingplayed on!! Our 5 yo and 3 yo had an absolute BLAST at this place today. There were so many various activities for them and they both were... equally entertained. It was even easy for adults to access the play areas. Food was kind of pricy but very good. Arcade gameswere reasonably priced and our kids could actually walk away with a few prizes. This is a fun place for the kids to enjoy. Staff is friendly. They are a mixture of teenagers and adults is great. The two... teenagers there tonight are great young ladies not grown women!!! They are Always friendly and helpful. These comments beloware disgusting to say the least. I?m sorry you have people like this below And to create a fake account to make reviews evenworst. I've a been to place many times without a problem, but this last one was the absolute worst. Went there with a big group to... celebrate a child's birthday. The employees checking people in were upset that the couldn't "close early for maintenance" on aFriday night, even though the times are clearly stated on the website and in the facility at the entrance, with no postedmaintenance sign. The two girls then proceeded to triple check all the children coming in and followed right behind the familythe whole time we were there, "to make sure that everyone has the right wristbands." After an half an hour they finally caughtthe two year old going into the multilevel playground, then these two GROWN WOMEN proceeded to go TOGETHER to get the childinstead of simply letting the parent know that she needed to leave over there. We were at the three tables right by the door. They passed us twice, once for the one that was following us to go get the other, and then when they went to drag the child out.After they did that they proceeded to clean the area that they said the child could go play at even though there was still 20minutes left before closing. These two were picking up the toys as the kids were putting them down so they had nothing to goback too. The manager and another team member were standing at the counter and did absolutely nothing. The two then announcedthat the playground was closed at 750 and that everyone needed to leave. Yelling have a good day sarcastically while our groupwas leaving. The play area is great including the toddler play. They have 3 separate areas for birthday parties that take place the same time... as open play. Food shuts off ordering if they're slammed and then you wait 25-30 minutes and it'll open back up again. Theclimbing area was closed as they didn't have proper staffing. The arcade is an ABSOLUTE joke - grab claw machines for others haditems and just let them go before even moving. We are not from this area but traveling for the weekend and probably the worstarcade games I've ever seen. Make sure to sign the waiver off to the left and then go up to pay. Also, make sure to have socksfor everyone in your party. A great spot to meet with a friend if local and let the kids run it out. A great stop if you'retraveling and you also need to get the kids moving before another leg of the trip. Read more

This was a perfect place to have my daughter?s 5th birthday party! The girls loved it. They had the room all set up and an... assistant to help with the party. We had TiTi! And she was amazing! Kids always have fun and Ms. Ivy is super sweet. We go almost every day but they almost always have a food shortage, yesterday... the kitchen was straight up CLOSED. ???? Some employees could be nicer. Also, they don't tell you this but they take automaticgratuity (tip) for your server. So, if you don't read, you will double tip your waitress. I feel like that something they shoulddisclose. Most employees don't wear face masks either. Read more
