Terrible customer service skills at the drive thru today. Had to back up twice to make sure they heard the ding of a car waiting... to order. About 4 or 5 minutes I sat there. Then I yell...hello is anyone working. Then I get a rude response saying that thereis a customer in front of me that she is helping. Very very rude response. Most places acknowledges the ding at drive thru andlet's you know that they will be with you shortly. I will go to the one in Great Bridge before I go to that one again. Food was hot, employees were friendly. I did not have to wait very long.
Feels dirty when you drive up ordered food they told me to pull up and wait I asked for a refund and handed my card the cashier... walked away and my sandwich suddenly appeared. Go figure? Read more
Took forever in the drive-thru. We paid and when the girl gave us our change she dropped half the coins. They rolled under... the car and she looked down said huh and closed the window. No sorry, no offer to fix it just huh. Read more
Food is always cooked well, BUT THEY ARE SO SLOW! the Girls don't even turn around. I ordered online pickup... 15 min later,... they didn't even start it even though I clicked the link. Worst customer service. The manager needs to do better training. Read more
I love Hardee's. In Texas there aren't many of these but, it seems Virginians really love this chain. They are everywhere. Food... was good, service was great BUT, I wish they still served the chicken stars. My kids always preferred those over Burger King &mcD's nuggets. Read more
(back in February) My fries came in a clear plastic cup. I ordered a medium/large which looked like a small. I wasn't informed... at the window nor the drive-thru if they were out of fry boxes. I have ordered here at least once before and the quality isnowhere near like any other Hardee's I've ever been to. The only thing I liked about either of my meals was the sweet tea. Read more
I'm not sure why I need to rate the "atmosphere" of the drive thru line, but I do like Hardee's breakfast biscuits so they get a... freebie on the ratings today. This is the only restaurant along my usual route to work that is open with drive thru early in themorning. The steak, egg and cheese biscuit is outstanding. The biscuit is flaky and buttery, and while the egg and steak are alittle reminiscent of diner food, it definitely hits the spot. Read more
