After being told to wait 10 mins for a Classic Pepperoni & Italian Cheese bread I was not pleased with the outcome! We actually... waited 28 minutes for this!! An uncut pizza w/ so much marinara sauce AND burnt bread! We waited in the drive thru about 5minutes before they asked me to park ?this is the set up for a longer wait apparently? I waited for 23 more minutes- when shebrung out the food she forgot the marinara sauce??????????? She went back to get it & I only peeped at the bread. Boy when I gothome I was heated ???? due to the fact they closed at 10pm & it was 9:59! I will NOT go to this location again, I honestlyprefer the Liberty St. location bc they always get it right. I had to wait a bit in the drive thru line but they were offering a promotion and I ordered ahead. When I got to the window, it... took all of 2 minutes to get my order and the staff was alright. If anything it looked like one could use a break because I waspicking up stressed out vibes a bit. Hot and ready for sure and they upped their game on their ingredients or something becauseit tastes better than I remember growing up. Read more
Super slow service even though I ordered something I know they had to cook, wait time seemed excessive. They are probably... suffering from staff shortage. I didn't blame them because of a long wait or anything just telling it how it is. At least foodwas good. Read more
Preordered via phone app 3 lunch special pizza combos. When I pulled into the parking lot I received an email telling me that... my order was ready. I waited about 10 mins in the drive thru. Appears as if the person in front of me ordered at the windowand the staff just let them sit there, this stopping anyone else from being able to pick up their order until that customer isdone, but I digress. Once at the window, the gentleman made contact with me, retrieved my order and asked about the drinks. Itold him the drink order and gave me 2 of the 3 ordered drinks and stated he had to go get the 3rd drink. I sat there for about8 more mins waiting. I knocked on the window, the gentleman returned and said "oh" and left again. About 3 more mins go by andthe gentleman returns and says "can you pull around back, one of your pizzas is burned and we have to redo it". I explainedthat I had already received my pizzas that I just needed the last drink. He then went and retrieved the last drink. At nopoint was the gentleman disrespectful, he was just absent minded and appeared disorganized. To top it off, one of the pizzaswas wrong. So I hadn't had Little Caesars in a few years but I recently saw the extra thin pizza commercial and thought I had to try it. I... have to say I was really impressed. The thin crust was pretty good and so was the cheese bread. It wasn't amazing enough tobecome my new default pizza place but it was definitely good enough to make me want to go back. The customer service was good,and the hot and ready lived up to its name because I got it right after paying. The location isn't bad, it's definitely theeasiest part of Sam's circle to get in and out of but I do wish it was in a different spot. Read more
The store manager (working today 11/11/22- lunch rush) was amazing! App said pizza would take 2 hours, through all the confusion... of Veterans Day free pizza, she took the time to make my order quickly. Appreciate this!! Read more
