Before I even had an issue with getting my food. They were cussing in the back enough for my daughter to hear. Not the biggest... deal but still you are a business. Then they keep saying a number that wasn't on my ticket but was my order. I grabbed a tabletag so they would bring the food to the tablet like normal but didnt. Then left me standing at the counter for a bit while Iwaited for an employee because they don't have unsweet tea at the drink area. One employee was on her phone. Came in, waited 10 minutes before one of the several employees finally made eye contact and asked what I needed. A door dash... order for a 10 piece nugget meal, literally the easiest meal to make and bag up, I would know I was a manager here. There wasonly 1 other order on the screen for drive thru, 2 kids meals or something, again easy as hell to make. I don?t understand howthey have 5 employees working and no one seems to know what they?re doing or is too high to notice or care. Not to mention thestore looked and smelt gross. They definitely need to change out and clean out the ice cream machine. As soon as you walk in thedoor you can smell it. Not worth your time or money! Read more
I just doordashed. I ordered a sweet tea and small fries. When I got my order it was wrong. Tried called 5 times and no one will... answer. I?m never disappointed. I love this place to eat after school but now if they?re going to keep getting my order wrong Imight just stop. Read more
Some McDonalds do drive thru well, and some do not. This one is pretty consistently very slow. I only use this location when I... forget how frustrating it was the last time. 20 minutes to get lunch and they were not busy. At the window, the employee triedto give me the wrong order and was rude, so I guess that explains the problem just a bit. Read more
Food was good. Fries were nice and hot. However, there were 3 male employees behind the counter and 2 of them had their pants... hanging down almost below their butts. One of them bent over to pick something up and all you could see was his butt with redunderwear. I just really think this is so inappropriate. Where is the manager and dress code?? So disrespectful. I just wanted a sweet tea, so I walked in to place my order. I was asked to use a kiosk to input my order. I only had cash, so I... asked if I would be able to use the kiosk. I was told yes, and I would have to come to the register to pay. It seemed a littlebackwards to me, but whatever. I placed my order and waited to be able to pay. I was given a cup and found the sweet teacontainer was empty. I waited again for an opportunity to notify the person the lobby tea container was empty. They seemedannoyed when they took my cup and had to fill it. I got into my vehicle and took a sip. The tea was sour, and the lid let teaspill all over the place. I was very annoyed by the situation, so I dumped the sour tea and left. Read more
It is the second time that I make a mobile order and when I pick up the order and get home I am surprised that they did not give... me the correct order. They never go wrong for a better burger, they always give me a cheaper burger than what I order. I can'tfind how to make the claim from the app, but please check the order carefully before placing the order! Anyway, I'll have toopen the burger box to see if it's the one I ordered, and slow down the cars that are waiting behind me. Read more
