Pulled up in the drive thru 10 minutes before closing on a Saturday night (10/29 into 10/30) Was informed by the rude employee... they only had a six piece nugget and a big mac. Wasn?t trying to order anything crazy, just a few meals. She told us theywouldn?t make it, was very rude told us to have a good night and clicked off the mic. The drive-thru lines are always long at this location during peak time, but they generally move quickly. I was short on time, so... I went inside. Only a short wait inside (thankfully, because the waiting area to place your order is very small). The server atthe cash register was friendly. I ordered a filet of fish meal and while the iced coffee was okay though very sweet and the fries were hot, the sandwich was a... disappointment. It was not hot and the size of the piece of fish was ridiculous. There was a cold slice of cheese on the fish. And the piece if fish was hard leading me to wonder just how long that sandwich was sitting. This meal was definitely adisappointment for almost ten dollars. McDonalds you have got to do better. Food was typical McDonald's. The cashier was friendly (a little too so) and neglected to give us the deal we came in for. But,... we dare not go back to the counter and strike up another conversation. She was very nice, but, more of a sit down restaurantnice. Read more
I just wanted to leave a review of my experience today since it was so lovely. We ordered through the app and the woman who... brought out our food couldn't have been any nicer. She absolutely made our son's day when she greeted him and handed him hischocolate milk. And this is at least the second or third time in a row that's been pleasant, but today was special. Macdonald is good eating place . I normally buy happy meal for my grand kids they love reason they are looking for free toys.... You can buy burger,sandwiches etc. Macdonald at Volvo parkway in greenbrier chesapeake is favorable location because it?s busyso the food is fresh. Read more
Sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes in order pick up spot #4, ended up having to go inside and my food was just sitting on the... counter and they haven't even started on the kids meal. Customer service was poor and there were multiple other people that wastrying to get help. Ordered a bacon Double Quarter Pounder with cheese with no onions or pickles, all still up there, alsoordered a Big Mac with no onions and and I even asked them if it had no onions and they said yes there is no onions,thatsandwich was wrong aswell. The sodas taste like straight syrup with no carbonation, and the sweet tea tastes like it was a weekold. In my opinion they should fire everybody in that store and start over.
