Booths are cramped, chicken overcooked, chips all over dining room and queso is bland. I feel like I need to pray and ask God... not to smite me with food poisoning. Bathrooms are humid, cramped, and smell like mold. I've had Moe's before and its one of myfavorite chains on the east coast. This location? Mediocre at best. Read more
If your going to have someone making burritos, you should probably train them how to actually fold one. I watched as the... employee making mine and my sons burritos just kind of grabbed and folded the ends over and smashed them into a ball with thetortilla ripping. I said something to him and he whent and got new tortillas and proceeded to just attempted to roll and smashit into a ball again and just shrugged at me when I asked if anyone there knew how to roll a burritos. TERRIBLE. Ordered online, picked up close to closing so we couldn't go back. Most of our chips were dark burnt and tasted... terrible. We didn't receive our queso side or drink. A bunch of items in our burritos were missing (sour cream, guacamole etc.)Ordered a white meat chicken quesadilla got steak, ordered spicy chicken burrito got regular. The food was just garbage. How do you screw up something so simple as nachos? I paid over $10 for this tiny tray of "nachos". The chips were oily and... stale, and so few toppings that i basically got a bowl of chips. What a waste of money. Will never return here. Read more
Always a great burrito at Moe's. Service is quick and perfect if you are in a rush. Seems like the same people have been... running my local store for over a year. Very efficient! Burritos are very good...made to order. Chips are ok at best but theyare free so can't really complain. Read more
