Love Olive Garden so much especially with the bread sticks.. food is amazing and service is top tier.

Ask for Carlos!! 10/10 service. He is attentive, polite, and overall is great at his job. He made the experience better than any... other we have had while on vacation. You do not receive service like this nowadays. It was a breathe of fresh air. The wait time was only 15min on a Sunday afternoon. Everything looked to be clean, the wait host/staff were friendly the entire... time. The food is pretty much the same every time you go. All prices have went up alittle, but that is everywhere and nothingnew for 2022. I'm not sure if I'm the only one but when I order unlimited soup and salad I do mean more then one bowl ofsoup??????? We walked in we were immediately walked back to find seating....when the hostess tried seating us at a table with chairs we... politely asked if we could be seated at anyone of the SEVERAL opened booth tables.... to which the person seating us repliedtheir weren't any available. As we looked around at all the opened booth tables the server then tells us that the table werequested was taken and when asked by who she couldn't give a clear answer then she shrugs her shoulders and gives us a similartable (one side booth and one side chairs) in a different spot! The table she claimed was taken that we couldn't have was notseated throughout our entire meal!! Then we order drinks before our meal the drinks were extremely strong and it took about 20mins to get those. Then we order appetizers i ordered spinach dip and thank goodness i decided to stir it up a bit beforedigging in because there was some type of trash at the bottom of my bowl. When I informed the manager she was very accomodatingor so we thought. I was told my $6 take home would be free as well as my appetizer. When I got the bill I was still charged forthe take home meal. The server was great though!! With all of the issues we had she was nice, polite, and very apologeticthroughout our visit!! This was my very first visit to Olive Garden and after that mishap this location will certainly not be anoption for myself and I will not be recommending this particular location to anyone!! The food was really good. The staff was actually better than average. Very polite, attentive, friendly. I would recommend this... particular Olive Garden to others. Everything was fresh and tasty. Well this is the dirtiest I have ever seen this place. In the section we were seated every table around us had been used and had... not been cleaned. Definitely not pleasant. It stayed like this for the duration of our visit. Also the bathrooms were not inproper condition with trash bag on floor full of trash and the facilities were lacking in cleanliness. The atmosphere at OliveGarden has declined tremendously. Management needs to be audited because they are clearly not getting the job done. It issurprising that this establishment is this way.
