The ladies at the register should be better informed about the products promotions in order to communicate to customers. FYI A... cookie is .99 if you buy a drink if not is $3.19. Also you can have a half sandwich with a half soup or salad. They don't askyou or offer anything. Very poor customer service. Read more

Food was good, but ordered my food ahead of time at 6 for a 6:40 pick up and still waited 10 minutes. I sat and watched the lady... sit with my food while she chatted it up with the lady behind the counter. Once she gave me my food, I said ?Thank you??herreply was ?of course?. Apparently this Panera gives zero about timeliness and courtesy. If you plan to order for pick up, justknow they care nothing about being on time and don?t bother saying thank you.. because to them of course you should be thankful.Ridiculous. Read more
Don't bother ordering curbside!! Went inside after waiting for 10 minutes after the app said my order was ready. Found my order... sitting on the pickup shelf. Store empty, all the employees chatting in a corner. Like I get it, have your fun, but my dog wasin the car and it's 90 degrees outside. Read more
Loving the unlimited sip and there soup and sandwich
Food and service we?re good, but the floors were very dirty . It was 2:00 and looked extremely dirty throughout restaurant. The... bathroom had no water and not very clean either. Concerned there is no hot water to wash hands for the employees who arehandling food. Read more
I ordered a 2 item lunch menu I was very surprised to realize when I got my lunch bag that it was completely the wrong salad I... ordered the bacon salad what I got was a chicken salad with apples and pecans. I only had enough dressing for three bites itwas poppy dressing and there was only enough for three bites. Compared to the size of my salad there wasn't enough dressing theynever give you enough dressing just generally speaking. Then the soup that I ordered French onion was a very small container andwhere the heck was the cheese...about 1 teaspoon AT THE BOTTOM What!, I won't be ordering that again. I did not visit therestrooms at this visit so I don't know as far as cleanliness of the whole place. The cashier did take my order but she was notvery friendly. Read more
