Went here a couple of weeks ago. Parked my corvette in the back behind the building so no one would park near me out front. No... one was back there. I come back to find to papa John's delivery vehicles parked so close to my vette I could hardly open mydoors to get in. All kinds of other spots available but I guess since I parked by the back door of the restaurant these jerksdecided to show no respect for their customers. I won't be going back here. 2 hrs & 45 minutes delivery time!!!! Ridiculous! We live about 2 miles from their location. They have been to our house many... times yet they use same excuse, " driver couldn't find your address, they tried to call" They DID NOT call! The only calls madewere from us, multiple times asking where our pizzas were. They kept saying, it's 5 minutes away, blah, blah... Spoke to themanager, Mick or Nick, assured us it would be in 5 minutes, no show! Our kids were hungry at 6pm!!! Pizza shows up at 8:50!!Mngr offered them for free, we said no thank you! And we did not accept the pizzas, free or otherwise! The staff is too youngand could care less about customers. We will never order from Papa John's again. All the mngr could say is " sorry, thanks foryour patience" ..my reply was " After almost 3 hrs to get our pizzas, I have no patience just like I have no pizzas" judging byother reviews, this seems to be a habit of theirs, serving up bad customer service. Here we are, over an hour and 40 minutes into the order wait time, and the delivery driver is doing circles around the town... nowhere near our delivery location. We waited 25 minutes on hold to be hung up on before we could take the phone off of mute,and they?ve had nothing but excuses when we did call and refuse to be put on hold. Ordered delivery tonight and they messed up the order. I was missing all the sauces that came with the pizza and wings. I call... them and they tell me that the delivery driver would bring the sauces. He brings half of what was missing. Not the deliverydrivers fault but he could?ve told the store and handled it better. Ended up not getting all the sauces and by the time I gotwhat they brought the food was cold. Won?t be ordering here again, food is too expensive to be missing items. Read more
Ordered 2 pizzas and some wings tonight, waited almost 45 min for them to only deliver the 2 pizzas so I call & the first guy I... talk to tells me " oh we don't have any wings right now" he's barely speaking so I can hear him so I ask him when will I get mymoney back because they had no problem taking the order & charging my card & he just tells me soon so I ask to speak to someoneelse & some rude chic gets on the phone telling me " there's a nationwide wing shortage" we tried calling the number on file andthere was no answer which was a lie no calls came in on my phone and phone logs don't lie.
