I placed a future order at about 1:00 p.m. to be delivered at 4:00 p.m. It was delivered at 4:20 and the food was barely warm.... When I called while waiting, I was put on hold, then spoke to someone who sounded like they were altering their voice andpretending to be a supervisor. They said they could not reach the driver and offered to do nothing about my order being late. Idid my part in planning my day and ordering ahead, but they failed. They caused my kids and I to have to rush to eat and get towork and practice on time. I guess I will stick to Chesapeake Pizza from now on, better pizza and better service! Read more
Pizza and breadsticks were great. Picked up order and it was on time. Workers were working hard and efficiently. Loved our... dinner. There was plenty of everything on our pizza. Side note - who get?s take out pizza (delivered or not) and it?s stilloven hot by the time it hits your mouth? Unless you?re like me eating a piece while pulling out of the parking lot, I thinkthat is an unrealistic expectation. Heats up in an air fryer like you?re at the restaurant. Good stuff. Read more
Ordered delivery, prepaid tip and part of my order was left off. Called the restaurant and the person said ?oh! Guess we?ll get... those wings delivered to you, but it?ll be about 35-40?minutes?. Not having an alternative, I agreed, but today- ALL businessesshould realize that consumers have choices, we always have but now more than ever. Sadly, doors are closing like no time before.Providing top tier customer service, even at a Pizza Hut is imperative to get people to refer and to return. With that said- solong Pizza Hut Battlefield. Order took an hour and a half just to get it out of the store, then another 35 minutes to get it to my place. Sat outside... waiting on the driver, I had to call to find out where my order was, was told driver was lost. I should not have to call to findout where my order is and the driver should have called in asking for assistance. I have had poor experiences in the past andthat was years ago. Improve preparation time, improve delivery time, instruct drivers to call in for assistance. My order endedup being lukewarm, and I was in a foul mood after dealing with a manager who seemed ill-informed and a driver who stated that hedid not want to deliver to my area because, "I always get lost back here." I was astonished, my apartment complex is notdifficult to navigate, it is well known in the area and has a huge landmark for reference. Does the store not have a map oftheir area of responsibility? Should not delivery drivers have access to navigation in their vehicles? I have had deliveriesfrom other companies and only one person had a hard time finding my place, he called for instructions, and got to me in lessthan a minute. I couldn?t take a picture of the frigid temperature of the breadstick sauce. We haven?t had Pizza Hut in some time but I can... assure that based on this experience, it will be the last. This is supposed to be a stuff crust pizza. Apparantly no cheese is being used. It's all liquid, but cold. It's the consistancy... of grits. There is absolutely no cheese in my stuffed crust. This is the sorriest excuse of a pizza I have ever seen in myentire life. I will never order from Pizza Hut again and I will make sure these pictures go viral. Read more
PIZZA HUT USES DOOR DASH when they are late? Really? VERY DISAPPOINTED. Recommend avoiding this Pizza Hut. I have been a... customer of this store for many years. They were 40+ Min's late and they used Door Dash vice their own delivery folks. Orderedat 4:43 with an estimated delivery time of 5:18. Received a text from Pizza Hut at 5:25 stating it would be delivered 25+ minslate via door dash. Food was delivered cold and missing the drinks as you would expect. If they were short on drivers, I thinkthey would have asked Door Dash to catch the order before it was supposed to be delivered or given me the choice to pick it upfresh. Either way, poor business practice and not very up front about the process. I have several choices in my area and thisis the second order they have messed up in less than 6 months.
