My order got switched to pick up without my knowledge. After 1.5 hours I called to check and I was told a door dash driver would... be delivering it. After waiting on hold with both door dash and pizza hut we learned our food was not being delivered. When Iwent to pick up my order I was told is was not ready despite the que screen saying it was ready 1.5 hours past ordering. 10minutes later another cashier came up and saw the food was ready. So needless to say my pizza was like cardboard by the time Igot it. I will not be ordering from here again. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Read more
I ordered a pizza last night, it was supposed a sausage & pepperoni extra cheese. I should have looked at before I left the... place. I was Shocked at what we opened the box too. Apparently gloves and hair nets are optional at this location. I?m standing here watching people handle food with no gloves on... and long hair swinging around without a care. Not to mention they?re bumbling about trying to figure out a simple order andtelling me the pizza baking machine was turned off, hence the delay. ?Ready in 15 minutes? turned into 45 minutes with the ThreeStooges in the back. I arrived 5 minutes after the estimated pickup time and the pizza was just being made. I waited the new estimated time and went... back in and was told the pizza had to be made again. I told them to just give me my money back and was told a manager had to dothat and then he went to get the manager. He came back and said the pizza was coming out "right now". Both pizzas were "warm"..not hot which is surprising as this location is maybe 3 miles from the delivery drop off. Each time I... have ordered I have had to call and ask when the order will be delivered as it has taken well over the time limit estimated atthe time of ordering. Read more

Zero stars! This is the worst Pizza Hut in the universe ! It really gives Pizza Hut a bad name ! They screw up your order... everytime ; well if they even make it ; you may order delivery and they just don?t ever come ! No call nothing! Just ordered 2specialty pizzas with extra sauce ?pick up lady was rude and curt didn?t tell me what my order was or show it to me just askedfor my $ put it on counter and left .
