The service was extremely slow seeing as the establishment was empty of customers. There appeared to be only 2 employees working... when we went through the drive thru. The young lady that took our order was very pleasant though. We had ordered for four peopleand when we got home the order was incomplete. The fries were good but the chicken in my sandwich was dry. No bon-in chicken available. So we ordrerd tenders. The worker did not secure the lid on the large red beans & rice in the bag.... So by the time I got home... it spilled all over everything, creating a hot mess. I tried to call them to complain. No one wouldpick up the phone. Popeyes has been hit or miss lately, but mostly miss. We usually end up having to wait around the corner for our order, which is... fine, but then it never comes as ordered. They've also been out of spicy chicken the last two times we've gone. Tonight we hadthree meals and only one of the sides was correct. We understand we're in trying times right now, it's just that it's beenalmost EVERY time we've come the last 8 months, our order is always wrong. Customer service was great. Didn't encounter any rudeness referenced in other reviews. I did take one star away because the... biscuits are definitely over done here. Popeyes biscuits are light and buttery not dark brown and crunchy. Overall would goagain, but maybe wait for fresh biscuits and tell them to take then out early. Read more

Waited for like 45 minutes for my order. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a big box. Sandwich was soggy,but decent. They gave... me a breast and a thigh in my big box. Took about 5 minutes to get the order taken. They could barely hear through the equipment. Then, it took about 10 minutes to get... our food. Their equipment was malfunctioning. Finally got the food. The breaded shrimp was 90% bread 10% shrimp flavoring. Thelocation needs work, big time. Avoid this place for now. Disappointing is the understatement of how I felt. Read more
