I wouldn?t recommend buying here. They?ll give you a small portions of food. A bit of chicken teriyaki on top of the fried rice.... It?s not worth it for the price that you would pay for. Read more

Today 31 Aug 2022. I have been to this Sarku at Greenbrier Mall for many years and I continue to get the same chicken and... shrimp teriyaki with no vegetables but extra rice in place of the vegetables. The younger employee there gave me half a plateof rice and I asked him for extra rice in place of the vegetables he said, I gave you extra, I stated that the gentlemen infront didn't get vegetables and he has a full plate of white rice covering the whole styrofoam try. The gentlemen in front ofme agreed and asked the young employee to add more for me. The young guy got loud and said I gave you white rice. I said weshouldn't argue over this and he walked away mumbling something. I asked him did he say something in Spanish because I speakSpanish and heard the foul language, he stated he spoke english. I asked for vegetables and he refused. Then a young lady twospaces ahead(standing there with me) of me stated she asked for fried rice with her teriyaki and the young man stated no youdidn't, she stated yes she did. He stood there and wouldn't change her order to the correct order and made her take it in whichthe young lady had no choice. There customer service was absolutely unprofessional in the way they handled mine and the youngladies. Maybe it was a language barrier mistake on thier part but the employee was very unprofessional. This review deservesan email back from the owner. No one should have to go through this, especially two people in the same line. Taste is not what it used to be anymore. Price increased, while quality and quantity goes down. I ordered extra meat for an... extra 5 small pieces of chicken. Shouldn't cost 1.99 extra for that. Read more
I enjoy eating at this place and haven't had any problems with portion sizes. I will agree the staff wasn't very... helpful/borderline rude but it's not that big of a deal since it's quick food in the mall. I get the bento box and have yet tobe disappointed Read more
I used to come here every weekend when they had the $6 chicken teriyaki special. This is one of my favorite meals it tastes so... good. Since they?ve raise their prices I don?t come as often, I?ve noticed the prices are being raised and the portions aregetting smaller. A while back they got smaller trays. Tonight I went up there and paid nearly $10 for this tray. A tray onlyhalf full with little to no rice, hardly any vegetables, and hardly any chicken. There were guys in front of me that had fulltrays so I asked why mine was empty when the people in front of me was full, and I was told I had the correct portion. I don?tcare how good the food is I?m not spending $10 for half a tray of food. Super disappointing, I wish they had handled thisbetter. Read more
