This place is super ghetto. Poor customer service. I waited in the Drive-Thru for 5 minutes saying hello a bunch of times and... nobody said anything. I drive up to the window and they told me they didn't even know I was in the Drive-Thru. Like are youhigh? I looked inside and everyone is laughing and joking having a great time. Went here between 1233p and 1256p. Got my food late and the food was warm. Got home ate didn't think anything of it until I... started feeling sick 30 mins later. TMI but I had diarrhea that didn't let up around 7p after trying to sleep it off,I had thisurge to throw up.....and I projectile vomited all over my bathroom......I attempted calling them and got no answer so I'm herestill feeling a bit woozy. Just go ahead and skip this one. The employees are clearly there to just collect their paycheck and leave. No hint of... friendliness, they couldn?t care less about what you want to order as long as you hurry up and leave. I guess at least the foodwas warm. Go anywhere else with your money, get better service and food for less. Read more
Customer service is probably the worst I have experienced. We were told drive through only, okay I can understand that since... maybe they didn't have enough employees working but when we put our order in, they man taking the order couldn't get us donefast enough and acted like we were wasting his time. We have 3 kids in the car so when we would order another thing he wasannoyed and would sigh, and say anything else and when we would say yes he would rush the order. Very rude experience then whenwe order it was wrong and when we told him, he was annoyed grabed the drinks and got the right ones. If I didn't have 3 hungrykids I'm the car that I was trying to get home and feed, I would have just left the drive through after putting my order in andbeing treated like that. Absolutely will never go here again. There is one on Portsmouth Blvd that is soooo much better, takethe extra time and go there! Read more
According to this Sonic, this is an acceptable way to hand someone their food. Neverminded they said I had a "large" order and... it took them almost 25 minutes to bring it out. I ordered med onion rings, med popcorn chicken, Coney foot long, and 1 softpretzel. That is in no way a large order and the man 2 cars in front of me ordered at least 4 bags of food and still didn't waitas long as I did. There is BBQ sauce running down the inside of my bag and all over my other food! Read more
I have low expectations for fast food. I understand they are not paid fairly. But they didn't meet my expectations. The burger... was great. But the taters were cold and over cooked. And the sticks were equally as cold and hard. No dipping sauces. And i hadto wait for the two cars in front of me and just as long for my order... But the staff was super friendly, very polite, and nocomplaints on anything but the food but that was the only thing i paid for. Read more
Do not use the mobile app at this location. I placed an order that included a chicken sandwich and was told upon arrival that... they?re out of them. I had no problem with that and just requested a refund, I was told that they couldn?t do that and to gothrough the app but the app has no options for a refund. Was then told she would speak to the manager and she would see whatthey could do, 10 minutes later she came out with the rest of my order and stated the manager had processed a refund but had noproof. I asked her for proof and was met with resistance then after pushing for it she told me she would speak to her manager.Another 5 minutes rolls by and she comes out and says they cannot provide proof and I just have to take their word for it. Ihave been a manager before what kind of place doesn?t print a receipt when you process a refund? Still didn?t trust that theyactually did it after all the resistance I had received so I asked to speak to the manager and was told I would have to wait fora long time in order to speak with him because he was busy. Decided to just drive away and call corporate. Do yourself a favorand skip this location. Read more
