Terrible customer service. Like 6 employees behind the counter and nobody ever took my order-they were doing to-go and drive... thru but the other people looked like they were just trying to avoid waiting on people- just walked out and went down the roadto Dunkin. Read more

Ordered 2 tall drinks and a sandwich. Waited for about 10 mins saw an order that looked like ours but didn't grab it because we... thought someone else ordered it and they didn't call a name. We went up there to check on order and the very sarcasticunprofessional barista with purple and blue hair rudely acted like it was our fault when they didn't say the correct name. Theythrew away the food and remade it. The terrible barista then said easy fix sarcastically. Maybe Starbucks needs to step up theirhiring process and not hire any rude person with terrible people skills. Read more

I come to this Starbucks all the time. There has been few times they've messed up on my order, but always pretty much on... point. Today, the line was extra long, there was an employee outside taking orders. As the line moved up, so did the cars, sodid I. I drove up passed her because she was on her earpiece talking to someone so, I drove up behind the last person. Sheproceeded to yell at me that she was taking orders. Which YOU NEVER should yell st a customer ,especially when you're on yourear piece talking to someone. Extremely TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered a venti iced coffee and my cup was not filled up. Iasked the cashier if they're not filling up the cups and she said, no, they didn't get a shipment today. This Starbucks isseriously poor managed, bad customer service, and the quality of the coffee is terrible. Read more

Not happy with the experience I just had. Came in to reload my card and purchase a beverage. I was greeted when I came in. The... reload happened. And things tanked VERY fast after that! The phone rang and the employee answered it right in front of me andbegan to engage in an entire conversation with the person about a job like I wasn't standing there. SO RUDE. They even took thetime to grab pen and paper like I was not the priority. I find out while listening that the worst part is this person is a'supervisor'. I finally interjected and asked if someone else could help me because I had to go. They offer to finally continueassisting me (never telling the person to hold; like they should have to begin with) only to tell me that I'd basically beenstanding there for nothing because they didn't even have the chocolate creme for the cold brew. The newest drink and likealways, Starbucks is unprepared to provide the product they advertise. Horrible experience. Read more

There is a lady who works in the am her name is Susan who is literally the sweetest woman and always makes me feel welcome lol... he never I come in. She always asks how my workout was or how work is going. Today was my birthday and she made my experienceeven more special by drawing on my cup. Besides that the entire starbucks is super efficient in mobile order times and gettingdrinks out fast. Read more
