Go to the next one. After a few visits watching while 4-5 employees put out 6 drinks in 20 minutes I?ve decided this location is... not the one. One visit this week the new employee was the only one making drinks first thing in the morning while customersheaded to work filled the store. Read more

A LOT of these reviews are for the location outside versus this one that?s inside of the Kroger? But nonetheless, this location... is like most inside of a store but I always enjoy going here during shopping trips. Their service is great but there?s usuallyonly 1 person working so service can be slower than I?d like at times.. but I always get great drinks made and when otherlocations were experiencing a shortage of Cinnamon Dulce, they weren?t so I would come here for my lattes. The entire staff seemed super slow, I waited for about 10 minutes for my Americano and no one talked to me or gave me an update... on my order. I was the only one waiting for an order inside the store. Subpar customer experience to say the least. Read more
