They are so understaffed that a small meal for one person took over 30 minutes. The guy was working hard, but I ordered for... pick up to save time, but the very long drive thru line was staffed with multiple people while all online and instore orderswere put on ONE person. Not even a cashier available. Also, had the Taco Pass through the App (1 free taco a day) and the Appwas crashing when I tried to order. Asked I could show my phone to them instead, was told by a manger that it wasn't thereproblem and the app was run by a 3rd party and not their problem. Asked who I needed to call and was told to look it upmyself. All I wanted was 1 single taco that had proof I paid for with the pass! Read more

Friendly staff, accurate orders, but SO slow and understaffed. 30 minutes for 1 taco, 1 burrito and a 12 pack of... cinnabons. All online and in store orders were put on ONE guy. Not even a cashier available! Drive thru moved, but stillslowly, but was clearly given priority, over people who had already paid! Read more

I?ve now been to this Taco Bell 4 times to make sure I wasnt wrong. This by far is the most consistent and best Taco Bell I?ve... been to around the country. I drive out of my way to go to this Taco Bell. Well done, the team is friendly, the place is clean.They go above and beyond with customer service when they see young children. Keep up the good work. Listen, I love Taco Bell. The issue is that the prices have gone up and the fixings in my taco are barely there. I'm not... expecting some huge stuffed Taco but having a flat Taco isn't gonna work. The meat, literally did not even go all the wayacross. The cheese and lettuce was a pinch of each. Took a pic and sent to them with a note saying Would you pay what you arecharging for this? Yeah no. I would love to talk to one of the district / general managers that I posted in my pictures. I went through the drive-thru on... our long trip home and ordered a chicken quesadilla light cheese. I received a packed full of cheese quesadilla with ZEROchicken. I had to turn around on the highway to go back because it was the premise of getting my order correct instead offinding and paying for more food. I'm tired of going places and having to check my meals every time. Usually a Taco Bell getsit right ????????????????. I walked in and asked maybe I could get a refund and my quesadilla remade. To my SURPRISE there wasTWO other customers in there that went through the drive-thru and their orders were missing things and messed up as well. Iwaited approximately 5 minutes to get my quesadilla remade when you had six people working in the kitchen area and one in thedrive-thru. If you could please get a hold of me I would appreciate it. I don't trust a manager to actually get their team ingear here. One of the customers (a local) waiting there told me you just lost a customer as they have problems at this location???????????????? One of the best Taco Bells! Barely a year old, but still seems brand new. Staff is friendly and on the ball. They try to keep... the dining room spotless. As well as the bathrooms. If you're getting off the Expressway at Hillcrest, this is where you want tostop. My only complaint is that i don't drink Pepsi products. At least they have tea. Read more
