I had to wait over 20 mins for fries for an Ubereats delivery I was taking. If you've had a bad experience at a taco bell, which many of us have had...come to this one and get a redemption. Everything was... hot, super fresh and crispy....This...this is what taco bell should be about nation wide. Did an online order specified no beans or sour cream and extra meat on each item when I ordered it. Well guess what I got, extra... beans and no extra meat and everything had sour cream. I had to throw it away after I took the first bite and had a mouthful ofmashed beans. Completely lost my appetite. That was my go to taco spot near the house. But this is the third time they?vecompletely messed up an order. Think from now on I?ll just spend a little extra and go to burrito purdido. Read more

Whew, this place has gone downhill! The order was wrong, and I drove back to get it fixed. My first issue is that I had to ask... the manager to change their gloves to make my food after they reviewed my receipt, touched all over the register, and walkedaround both lines doing random things (not related to food prep). I then asked if I could purchase the nachos chips and cheese,and he asked if I wanted that instead of them remaking the two gordita crunches with chicken instead of beef that I alreadypaid for -_-. Lastly, providing additional customer service training on compensating customers after the store's error might behelpful. This is the worst Taco Bell ever! The service is horrible! The woman at drive thru is the rudest person I've ever seen! I've... been in management for over 25 years and I'd clear that entire staff out! Update: few years later and I give anothertry?..???????. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. We went in to order via the Kiosk. We wanted to ask a question before ordering... but were totally ignored by the staff until I asked if someone could help me. When I finally spoke with a staff member they werevery rude with their response. Then we were eating at the table when that same staff member said we weren't allowed to eat inthe lobby. There were no signs posted stating this. We will not be back! I have noticed a major change in all the Taco Bells inmy area abut this one is by far the worst. Read more

We had a horrible experience tonight! I ordered on the app like I usually do, since they rarely get the order wrong this way. I... got in line after making the order. We waited nearly 45 minutes between getting in line and receiving our food. When I got tothe speaker, she asked me to repeat my order. I pulled up the app to make sure I said everything right. The app indicated thatmy order was already completed! Lo and behold, when I finally got to the window it was already bagged and sealed. No telling howlong it had been sitting there, plus all the food was room temperature. When we got home, my son's soft taco meat was allthroughout the packaging. My beefy 5-layer burrito was made hodge-podge at best, and I'm sure they did extra sour cream insteadof the requested "light" (and all at one end of the burrito). I called tonight to ask for the store number, so that I couldleave a review with them. The lady on the phone gave me a random 3 numbers, when apparently the store number is 6numbers. Well. We have had several negative experiences lately at this location. We will certainly not be coming back here! Read more

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The drive-thru got my order wrong, so when I went back to pick up the right... order, what they handed me was pretty bad. The tacos that I received had almost nothing in them. The picture attached is of aDoritos locos Taco supreme, which is supposed to have sour cream. After giving me the completely wrong order, they presented mewith incorrectly constructed tacos with barely any thing in them. As a bonus I found a hair in one! Absolute garbage! I will notbe coming back to this taco bell. Read more
