My son saw a commercial on TV and wanted to try TGI Fridays. We took him for his birthday. We got there early to beat the crowd.... No music was playing yet. We could hear the kitchen staff talking and using foal language. Not our idea of family friendly. Myson's burger had a sauce we did not order. My house salad was fine. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant! Had to wait 7 minutes to be seated, then once seated we waited... another 15 minutes only to be told that there was no server in that section. We were than moved to another section only to waitanother 10 minutes to be waited on. One we got our food it was another disappointment. My steak was all fat and tendons. I askedto talk to a manager, explaining my steak was unexceptable. He then told he would take off 15% off my bill because the cut ofsteak I ordered was known to be fatty. I then paid and left. My husband and I were in the mood for a good burger and that is exactly what we got here. He ordered the Whiskey Burger and I... got the traditional Bacon Cheeseburger. They were delivered to us piping hot and were perfectly juicy. The French fries werealso nice and hot and a good portion size. The waiter was quick and attentive. The restaurant was clean and had a greatatmosphere. We will definitely be back in the future! Read more
We came here because this is where my 10 yr old wanted to go for his birthday. Worst service ever. Waited 20 minutes just to... order some sodas. Then another 10 to order an appetizer and guess what, another 20 to order our main meal. Half the food cameout while the other 3 of us waited 10 more minutes for our food. I had to chase the guy down for napkins. Our dirty platesscattered across the table, no refills for drinks. I don't want to hear short staffed because there was literally 2 othercouples in here with us and the waiter was standing behind his cubby by the bathrooms. Food was good I'll give them that, we had5 entrees and appetizers that I'd like to give compliments to the chef. Host was very pleasant as well. Had to wait before being seated, but, it was worth it! The artichoke and spinach dip was so creamy! It was delicious! The... Sizzling Steak with mashed potatoes, melted cheese, peppers, and fried onion rings was so good! The steak was cooked the way Ilike it. The service from the waitress was great, so was the greeter! The service is just not the same anymore…so sad. They have forgotten my breadsticks 5 times now. I’m just so disappointed in... this location. Y’all need to do better.
