I waited over 20 minutes for a smoothie. After telling the manager, I waited another 10 minutes. Very unprofessional.

It was extremely hot inside. I heard through the grapevine the AC has been down there for more than a few weeks. The employees... were great, but I felt bad for them. If I was the manager, I'd set up fans (including in the back) so the customers andemployees can feel more comfortable. I'd also bug the store owner and building manager every day until it's fixed out ofconsideration for the employees. Seeing this made me upset. Read more
