Ordered delivery on Friday. Got my cold food delivered. Chicken and cheese quesadilla had no chicken, no potato chips (which I... ordered) ..I called to talk to the manager Friday and Saturday. They supposedly left him a message.. hasn't called me back. Iwill make an appearance there to speak to him very soon. Horrible food and customer service. You would think during covid thatthese places would want to keep their customers. Read more
Starting with the positives: - Clean - friendly cashier - Speedy Services - Salad was well made Now the negatives: - The order... placed was wrongly executed, I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Wrap and instead I got a completely different chicken wrap. The appleand chips were not served either. - Each chicken wrap that was served was poorly constructed and was not filled with vegetablesand meat as it is advertised. (NOTE: this wouldn?t be much of an issue if this issue was consistent amongst the franchise.However, I have had much better and well prepared wraps at other Tropical Smoothie Cafes. Recommendation: A well trained managerbe present to ensure execution of orders are done correctly and the crew are well trained. Read more

It's Saturday 4/21/2018 There is a 29 people in here and there's 1 girl by herself making smoothies. She is absolutely... killing it. Our peanut butter cups tasted better then any other tropical smoothie. 6 more people just walked in. I can see theoverwhelmed look on her face, yet she's still working harder and more efficient then 3 people at the tropical smoothie by Sam'sclub. Be this girl. Read more
