The late night staff are always super fun, and the food has a great hit of satisfaction every time.
We had a terrible experience at this location. The restaurant was very dirty. The air vents, windows, floors all has build up on... them. There were napkins and other trash scattered on the floor especially in the back where they are making the food. I had eggshells in my scrambled eggs and a piece of hair in my waffle. I noticed that not a single team member was wearing a hair netwhich explains the hair in my food. The staff was at least very friendly and quick. The food was good. It's a Waffle House, you get Waffle House food, it's consistent and reasonably priced. The staff at this location is what makes... the difference. They recognize regulars, they're personable and friendly. If it's super busy, or just after a super busy shiftyou can tell they're fatigued but they're great people working at a fast-paced, cheap diner chain. The place was a disaster. Dirty plates and food everywhere. Only 2 people working and nobody was cleaning tables. Out of the... entire restaurant there were only 2 stools at counter that didn't have dirty plates at. Staff needs to be trained. Managershould be ashamed. Read more
