The late night staff are always super fun, and the food has a great hit of satisfaction every time.
We had a terrible experience at this location. The restaurant was very dirty. The air vents, windows, floors all has build up on... them. There were napkins and other trash scattered on the floor especially in the back where they are making the food. I had eggshells in my scrambled eggs and a piece of hair in my waffle. I noticed that not a single team member was wearing a hair netwhich explains the hair in my food. The staff was at least very friendly and quick. The food was good. It's a Waffle House, you get Waffle House food, it's consistent and reasonably priced. The staff at this location is what makes... the difference. They recognize regulars, they're personable and friendly. If it's super busy, or just after a super busy shiftyou can tell they're fatigued but they're great people working at a fast-paced, cheap diner chain. A little compassion,patience, and a smile and these guys go the extra mile. Read more
We walked in and entire bar seats were full of dishes and three booths with six people behind the counter...we sat for almost 20... minutes before being recognized.... And the fridge stayed open most of the time Read more
Great WH location with excellent service! Food was great, and it was clean. They were also really sweet to my young kids.
We have been here three times over the last 8 months. Every time, their staff have been very friendly, kind and sweet, truly... nice people work there. Can get a little busy on weekend mornings, but I'll wait since the customer service here is excellent,and the staff seem to be happy people :) Read more
The food is wonderful and comforting! The scrambled eggs and cheese is softly cooked and the bacon is not too crispy. Oh my... goodness! The grits! Next to my Momma's grits, they are the best! Our server was great! Read more
The place was a disaster. Dirty plates and food everywhere. Only 2 people working and nobody was cleaning tables. Out of the... entire restaurant there were only 2 stools at counter that didn't have dirty plates at. Staff needs to be trained. Managershould be ashamed. Read more
