Got carryout, they left out half my order. I tried to call but they LITERALLY don't take phone calls. What a crock. You know... you can answer the phone and ALSO have a policy of not taking carryout orders by phone? So now I have no food, food that I paidfor, and no way of getting my money back unless I waste time and gas driving back. What a scam. Bet it is intentional. Read more
It?s Waffle House and it was late. The staff was so off putting the food became less appetizing. The cook was rockin n rolling... and knocking out orders. But the rest of the staff wasn?t matching his energy. No refills, no checking on me to see if I neededanything. I was handed my bill with my plate and never checked on agai. Read more
Went here in the evening, there was only 1 other customer when I arrived. There were two employees on shift. The wait staff... would have to be poked and proded for refills and acted as if it was an inconvenience to serve you. My wifes sunny side up eggsare better than this joint. The place was pretty disgusting as I looked around. I guess having pride in your work space is nonexistent in this location. Read more
Third time visiting this Waffle House ?. Second time with this cook and crew where the service was absolutely horrible ? I have... been going to Waffle House for years and years and usually order similar things ? literally as I placed my order got the deer inheadlights look from the server which I was forced to order to go since they had half the seats roped off and wouldn?t openthem? there was ONE order ahead of me that cancelled due to waiting too long ? I waited over 40 minutes for a dang burger andhashbrowns with 2 eggs ? ridiculous?. FOR A FORCED TO GO ORDER AT THAT!!! The cook was slow and looked like he either just flatout didn?t care or was just typically that slow ? the server talked so low you can?t even hear them and I had to repeat backeverything I said at least two times ?. However yesterday evening that shift and crew was on point had good in less than 10minutes from walking in the door ?. This place was disgusting, food all over the floors, food hanging off the waffle makers simply unbelievably gross
Location just open within a couple months. Everything was new and clean, tons of employees and few guest equaled great service.... Same Waffle House taste I've enjoyed for 20+ years. If managed well, the goto Waffle House for me for years to come. Read more
