This place serves cold food and forgets condimemts (salad dressing, sour cream, etc.). Otherwise nothing extraordinarily good or... bad. Workers seem nice enough, but they all seem to be high school kids making a few bucks, so the overall atmosphere is verylacking even for a popular fast food chain. Read more
The food was good but I ordered the 4 for $4 & requested BBQ sauce for nuggets. I started to pull off but ckd my bags, I had... ordered a bigger meal for my husband, he was working. They forgot the nuggets and BBQ sauce. I drove back around but drive thruwas very long. I went inside and there were 3 different people waiting on orders so I stepped around them and told the manworming I didn't hv my nuggets or BBQ sauce. He looked at my receipt and went to get the nuggets & sauce and gv them to me andsaid he was sorry. Then he said , you went thru drive thru didn't you, I said yes. He said it's been very busy.. The dining area and men's bathroom were dirty and grimey, but after the lunch time rush no one was doing anything about it. The... dining area's soda machine dispensed flat soda. There are much better other Wendy's and competitors nearby. Read more
Went here on Thursday at 930AM. Sign says open for Breakfast. So got out of my car and guess what? The door is locked. Decided... to head through the drive-thru giving them the benefit of the doubt. I can clearly see workers inside and plenty of cars parkedin the lot. OK I get it the dining room is closed. Sat at the drive-thru and no one acknowledged my presence. Oh well McDonaldshere I come... this particular Wendy's might as well be a Burger King with the quality of service they deliver. Read more
Went to this location to order a taco salad and a spicy chicken sandwich and was asked to pull up. After twenty minute and 10... customers later an employee came out and I approached him about my meal. He chuckled and said it was coming off the grill andleft. Didn?t bother to go ba k in to ask about my meal. Five minutes later I approached the drive through and inquired about mymeal. They had completely forgotten about my order. The food is the only part of this that gives it the 3 stars. That's because it was cooked properly and the taste was fair. This... Wendy's is like most I've been to. The inside isn't well maintained, not inviting at all. And the management isn't pleasant.After going through the drive through, we checked our checking account because their printer wasn't working for drive through.We were charged 17.48 for two junior cheese burgers and a Hot Honey Chicken sandwich. I parked, walked into the Wendy's and wasconfronted by an employee, followed up by what looked to be the manager. After she verified we were incorrectly charged, shehands me 7 dollars cash without a word. Without a receipt I was unable to verify my food was properly charged or not. If youwant to make sure you are not overcharged, go to the Taco Bell or Zaxby's next door. Read more
Went through the drive thru. Pretty quick, but not their best. I forgot to ask for ketchup for my fries and they didn't offer... any. So, only when I'm down the road do I realize I'm eating plain fries... The 4 for 4 crispy chicken sandwich? I would havephotographed it, but it was too small. And the chili was more like soup than chili. I ended up drinking it. Come on, Wendy's,you can do better. Read more
Went it at 530 pm for burger and fries and wow I was very disappointed with the burger. For having to wait forever (only one in... the store) the burger was cold. Fries where hot so thats a plus. Worst part is the condition of the cooking area. Food allover the floor by the fryer and employee was eating and drinking Chick fil A while cooking.
