I've been here twice in the past month & have had my order... messed up both times . should have known better than to go back after my first experience . it was the same girl working bothtimes , she seems a little incompetent for the job & didn't even give me a receipt so , she probably ripped me off as well . This place is hit or miss. Some days you?ll get good food and service others you won?t. Today I had to wait for my mobile order... which was fine but I asked if I could go ahead and get my sauces. They always tend to forget them with mobile orders. I believeit was the manager I talked to at the window said that if I put it on the app then it should be in the bag. Not sure why it wasa big deal for her to hand me some ranch but of course they ended up not giving me the correct sauce. Read more

Late lunch, no line in the drive thru, and they got my order incorrect. I ordered two kids meals. There weren't any fries, the... apples looked like they had been blindly chopped (they weren't even in a sealed bag.. looked like maybe someone went to Walmart,bought apples, and just chopped them up and threw them in a Mac n cheese container). My kids nuggets looked liked they had beenwarmed up from the day before, and only one kid got a toy. The water was also not the size I would have expected for a smallchild, and the woman handing them to me didn't even say hey here's your water. I was looking back at my children and she juststood there with her arm out, talking to another employee about who was supposed to open and close for the shift. HELLO I'm apaying customer, can you give me some courtesy! If she was paying attention and had said excuse me I have your waters, I wouldhave immediately responded. Never going again. Absolutely the worst quality. Customers service was adequate, but they ran out of ketchup.....ketchup!!! Also, the filled my... small fries with maybe 10 fries, and my medium fries with less. When I went around to talk to someone, the libe was 5 cars longand not moving. Read more
