This place is trash !! They don?t do refunds but serve you burnt nasty food. Went here because I?m from Chicago so I know real... Chicago style pizza this ain?t it !! Pizza taste like it was frozen pizza you buy at a grocery store. Keep in mind this place isa franchise & the owner has a NO REFUND policy. I retuned my food untouched uneaten I ordered a medium Chicago style thin crustand a sampler came close to $40. When I opened the sampler it was obvious it was cooked in old dirty grease it was burnt blackthe wings looked disgusting the pizza looked ok so we kept that. I politely asked the owner white female with glasses I don?tknow her name but I asked her if I could please be refunded for the sampler due to it being burnt. She rolled her eyes at me andsaid no you can?t just order food and get your money back cause you don?t like it. I couldn?t believe the way she was talking tome rude didn?t offer a remake or refund. I said well we don?t want it she then took it and gave the food to the employees in theback. I can?t make this stuff up. I called the police but they said it was a civil matter I throw the pizza away so I?m out ofalmost $40 because the owner is trash !! She?s claiming not to be a racist because she has a black husband or boyfriend she wasso unprofessional and I think if I was a white female I would?ve gotten better treatment. I contacted the Virginia Beachlocation and asked them their policy they stated there?s been several complaints about the Chesapeake location and they dothings differently over there. So I?m guessing I?m not the first to complain. If you decide to go here hopefully you like thefood cause if not there?s a NO REFUND or remake policy if they feel the food looks fine it?s up to their discretion. Wish wewould?ve never came here. This place was amazing. My husband is from Chicago and the deep dish pizza and other Chicago favorites were terrific. Prices... were surprisingly good. We came over from Newport News so we ate in. It looks like people haven?t eaten inside since thepandemic. Items were stacked on tables and it was a little messy. They may have had a staffing issue because there was only ayoung girl working the space. We had a big group and we didn?t mind. Food came out in time so kitchen is operating just fine. They have beer. There is a juke box to play your own music so we dropped a $20 and had the place to ourselves. Small andnothing fancy but the food was great and bathrooms were super clean. Read more

We had a party of 5 for pre-fireworks dinner on July 3rd and it was pretty empty inside, which made for quick seating and... service, which was efficient and very good. The food here is always good to very good, IMO and it was no different this time.We had a variety of dishes ordered from a Greek Salad to Meatball Sub to Deep Dish pizza and not one complaint. We have ordereddelivery from here online and on the phone during peak of Covid (and after), and we have done eat-in dining 5 or 6 times. First time visiting this location. Had a craving for a meatball sub. Decided to get some wings also. Having grown up in the... northeast in Connecticut I have a high standard for meatball subs or grinders. This was the worse one I?ve ever had. Themeatballs were ok but almost no sauce and no cheese an no taste. You don?t want too much sauce, but it shouldn?t be dry. It?slike they ran out of cheese and sauce. Look how little cheese was on it!! The bread was terrible also. I?ve come to expect lesshere in Virginia when it comes to Italian bread. Not only was it spongy but it was 5 inches long. The shortest meatball sub I?veever had. I?ve had good experiences at the other Windy City location. This was terrible. The Buffalo wings were tiny, had notaste. I visited this location on Sunday August 22nd. First of all I now live in VA. but I grew up in Chicago. I discovered Windy City... when it was fairly new. I was so excited to have some Chicago real deep dish pizza. I usually drive to the VA. Beach location,which is an hour or more. I decided this particular day I would try the Chesapeake store, a little less driving. ALWAYS stick towhat you know so there will be no disappointment. I have been to the VA Beach location on several occasions. The problem was Iordered 2 pizza's drove almost an hour to get the pizza. Chicago deep dish pizza has sauce on top, sausage or whatever the meatis all across the pizza not skimpy, then the cheese. One pizza had sausage and the other had half cheese and half pepperoni. Ihave included a picture of what was left of the pizza. We literally had to look for the sausage. I called the VA Beach store onMonday to express my disappointment. The manager on duty was Tasha. She ask me to email her a picture since I still had someleftover. She said she would get back to me after she had a chance to look at the email. I waited 2 days she never responded. Icalled again by the third day because no one reached out. I spoke to Mike who said that's not my store I need to reach out tohis brother who runs that store. He said he forwarded the email to his brother. I never heard from anyone at that store. I feelif the owner has been sent the email he should reach out to me the customer. I'm very disappointed in their lack of interesttowards showing care or concern about the need of their customers. I refer people to Windy city pizza all the time, but theyshowed no concern at all about my situation. I have an issue with merchants who don't care if the customer is happy. If you lookat the picture you will see no sausage. Normally the meat is plentiful. The picture is the sausage pizza. The sausage was veryskimpy to none. Read more
It was very delicious excellent service make sure you have time cuz it does take about an extra hour 4 pizza. I would suggest... just picking it up a lot faster excellent food tried it twice but definitely go back peaches good mozzarella planks so goodpizza place with Alexis thanks for the great food would definitely come back again Read more
First time ordering from here, got the "Ditka" and was not impressed. First off if you are going to advertise Italian beef, then... by God you must season the beef. The meat had no seasoning whatsoever, it was plain Jane and they didn't even dip the meat priorto completing the sandwich. It was dry and unflavorful. Secondly, the Italian sausage wasn't even an Italian sausage it was asplain as could be and lacked in taste, less than mediocre to say the least. Wife ordered the Gyro and it was decent. Ordered aGreek salad too, never seen field greens in a Greek before and no had regular cheddar cheese on it, no feta and about 20 blackolives. Attention to detail would be my main concern here, the lackluster performance by the cook/chef making food and notdelivering on what the menu describes or claims it to be has me shaking my head. ????????????????????????????
