Food was hot, fresh and tasty. We ordered the chicken finger plate and wings with nuclear sauce. The chicken fingers and fries... could've been seasoned more though. Many reviews mentioned the good seasoning on the fries and we could tell they used it, butit looked (and tasted) like it was the absolute minimum. I came in the dining room today and the manager (delvin) took my order and ran to the back and made my food and everything was... perfect. Although they were shorthanded he took the time to make sure my wife and I were taken care of. I will definitely visitthis place again. By the way the Cobb salad was amazing. Read more

My husband and I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 Big Zax Snack plates (their #1 on the menu). We then proceeded to... take the meals back home to enjoy. Once we got home, we opened our boxes to be completely upset with the product. The chickenfingers in our boxes were literally 2 inches long and 1 inch thick and were mainly breading with very little meat. They wereextremely small for the $10 per plate we paid for. There was barely any fries in our boxes as well. I called the store to speakto the manager. He was helpful but said he couldn't give a refund unless we came back to the store. Therefore, I had to drive 20minutes back to the store in order to get a refund for one of the two plates we ordered. I appreciate the manager for returningone of the plates, however, we are very upset that we were even presented with those chicken tenders in the first place. The drive there was very fast and the service was friendly. Unfortunately, it is hard to see the menu until you arrive at the... place to order. Therefore, if you are not familiar with the menu you have to decide quickly. Also, the cost of a fourth stripmeal was $10 which seems high to me for a fast food meal. Overall pretty good. I don?t eat at Zaxby?s very often. It?s probably been three years. But I was feeling like something a... little different at work today and I saw the sign for their signature sandwich and it looked good. The drive-through was fast inthe employees were friendly. The food tasted was good and was served hot. Personally I would?ve liked a little bit more breadingon the chicken to add a little more crunch. Read more
