What happened to my beloved domino?s It really takes a lot to get me to make a review This place used to be great After ordering... you would have your pizza within 20 minutes They never made mistakes I tried ordering online like always Didn?t work Waited ahalf hour tried again Still to no avail Ended up calling Pretty sure they didn?t apply the coupon because it cost more thannormal. Ordered three pizzas, they got the address wrong. Had to wait a lot longer and nothing was done to make it less inconvenient. I... was also watching the activity on the tracker and it seemed they were not even close to our location when they confirmed thedelivery at the wrong address. Never order from this location ever! The driver couldn?t find my house. He called me twice. I picked up the phone I said hello... and he wouldn?t say anything. I called the store because it had been an hour. They said he was going back to the store butwill have him turn around. I didn?t want cold food by that point. The girl on the phone was irritated that I was upset ? Iapologized for being upset to start with because I hate complaining. I was polite but she still had an attitude from the start.No one said sorry or anything. I said I wanted a refund and she hung up on me! Customer service is horrible! This Domino?s Pizza location is awesome!! My order is always 100% accurate, from pizza and pasta toppings to the number of... dipping sauces, I have never received an order that was not completely correct. The entire staff at this location are alsoawesome!! From management to the pizza artist and the delivery drivers, I have never encountered a staff member at this locationthat wasn?t completely polite and all-around enjoyable to interact with. Last night we ordered pizza and wings for dinner. Upon arrival which took a very long time due to the driver admitting ?I... stopped to get gas and my gas cap got stuck so I had to wait for a refund?... we said it was okay, but I mean you should not beexplaining that to your customer. When we began eating we found a long, blond-ish women?s hair stuck into the pizza... as inunder the ham and the cheese. Immediately we stopped eating and I called the store - remembering their claims of ?deliveryinsurance? on the ads. The cashier women who answered the phone said ?they will get a new pizza out when they can? and have notime frame, and I explained we wanted fresh wings too because we were turned off by the whole meal due to this and didn?t wanthair to later be found in the wings too. She refused. I spoke then to the manager, April, and she still said the same thing andwas very curt and unapologetic. I asked to just refund me as I would be ordering from Papa Johns instead, and would like the GMto call me. She said she can?t refund me, and only the GM could so he would have to call me back. We ended up spending double atPapa John?s for the same exact order as we didn?t have a coupon code. All together a $20 dinner cost me $60 out of my bankaccount. Needless to say we are huge on service and this experience has been something that has turned us away from Domino?s forgood. Read more
