Most Papa John's are okay but some tend to give us pizzas with barely any sauce, sometimes we think they forget it entirely. The... pizzas also have practically no toppings when we order toppings, i.e., there may be only one or two of something for the entirepizza. Read more

We started ordering here when it opened because it was closer to us then the Dunkirk location. However, we're likely going to go... back to the other Papa John's in the future. The pizza is fine, but they simply aren't interested in preparing the pizzaaccording to our order. I understand that mistakes and errors happen from time to time, but this is occurring every time weorder. Our order isn't the easiest pizza to let together, my wife doesn't like onions or peppers, and I don't like mushrooms orolives. There is nothing quite as frustrating then opening the box and again they screwed it up and my wife and I now have topick off their mistakes. Let's not forget to mention, the order isn't being called in or verbally ordered in person where anerror is more likely. No, we always order the pizza on the Internet, which means they are simply not paying attention, don'tcare, or don't know which toppings are which. Great food. Great staff. Polite and they really seem to like working there. Side note..made a comment that one of the sandwiches... sounded horrible. A gentleman that I'm assuming was a manager said it's really good and on top of our pizza and pasta order, hehad made one for us..no charge. And ,damn, he was right. Don't know name of it offhand but it has a mango like sauce. We orderit at least every other time. That's customer service at its finest. Recommended it to lots of friends and a few strangers too.
