I went to the Cheshire location today and had one on the worst experience ever. My husband wanted Jersey mikes which is the... next business over and I wanted way back. I was sitting outside with my dog and another family was sitting at another tablewith two dogs. A woman came out yelling at me to move and that she had to clean under the table and that my dog would scare thecustomers. I told the lady that my husband had the keys to our car, after I stood up and was on the side walk. The othercouple asked if they needed to leave as they too had dogs, she said no and did not ask to have them move to clean. The ladykept yelling at me even after I was not sitting down. I was starting to choke back tears. Let?s just say I called my husbandand told him to get a sub because they are not getting business. They should be ashamed of themselves. Read more
First time ordering from this location. Very unfortunate. I?m not sure if it?s because I ordered 45 minutes before closing but... the entire meal was not edible. Drenched in oil. I should?ve known when the brown bag the food came in was drenched in oil.Couldn?t eat anything. Read more

(Bacon double cheeseburger with all the "fixins")Hot, fresh, flavorful And my fellow 'Falling Down' moviefans; IT LOOKED JUST LIKE THE PICTURE!! ????How I never had Wayback before is beyond me. The prices seemed a little steep, butwell worth it and the menu was surprising. The staff was very helpful and pleasant knowing it was my first experience. Rightdown the street from me, so I will definitely be passing the McDonald's diagonally across the street to go Back (pun intended)there from now on! *Have to try the cheese steak next time and ????????hope the fries are just as good. I go in on Tuesday's when the car show is and my daughter orders a Shake, every time if takes over 30 + minutes just to get the... order. This past time i went in and they skipped ahead by 4 numbers/orders and i had to go up to them and ask them what wastaking so long just for one milkshake. Very bad service. Read more
5 stars for reliably good food that's above McDonalds but below your standard burger bar. It's not the best burger I've ever... had, but it is the same burger every time I go, and I can appreciate that alone. Prices are reasonable and the service is veryquick. The chicken fingers, fries, and shakes also score high marks from the rest of the family. Read more
First time ordering pickup from Wayback with DoorDash. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and my order was ready. Today, I... got to try Wayback's version of a Big Mac. The patties were much more higher quality and juicy, but the burger was missing thelettuce. I found out about this item at the end of summer and then I saw it disappear from menus at locations closer tohome. Another item I tried out was the Nashville Chicken sandwich which was crispy and had good flavor, but one bite was notthat tender. I ended up getting a $5 credit though DoorDash, but this experience wouldn't stop me from ordering from Waybackagain in the future. Read more
