Slowest drive thru ive ever been in. Once spent 20+ minutes in line with only 3 cars ahead of me. The employees can't comprehend... the slightest of requests, and 9 out of 10 iced coffees I get they walk off without handing me a straw. When I get anythingtoasted, its either burnt to black or not toasted at all. Is it that hard to work at dunkin? I feel that actual baboons can do abetter job at running a smooth fast food/coffee chain. Would recommend going elsewhere for coffee. Read more
Never ever get my large decaf tea with a tea bags ..light on the cream or easy on the cream..2 creamers...how ever I say... it...and extra sugar right!! Get extra cream ..no sugar...and half the time regular tea bags! Over them. Read more

Consistently the poorest service of any DD I go to. Unfortunately it's one of the closest and I frequently drive by it. However,... I've now gotten to the point I usually just avoid going there. When you go inside, they act like they don't even see you. Read more

I pass by this place 4x a week as I go to work to pittsfield. I order the same and the people that works there they do remember... and they great you. There is few coworkers there that makes my day super special The it's one of them. He is always in a goodmood and it's so respectful. I hope he always is there to great me, what a nice person and a great customer service. The coffeeit's always made the right way for me, and the multigram bagel are always fresh and not toast burned. They put a good amount of(strawberry) cream cheese. Of all Dunkin that I pass by I do stop in this specific one. I know I will have what I did asked andnot a hard old bagel or tasteless last part of an ice old coffee. Thanks for your service. I recommend this place if you don'twant to have headaches in your am. They will literally ignore customers in store until they finish huge Mobil orders that haven?t even arrived at the store yet.... Took 20 minutes to get a single doughnut. No drinks. No hot food. Just a simple grab off the shelf doughnut. I wouldn?trecommend coming here for a quick grab Read more
