We ordered pizza last Thursday at the Chesley location and were incredibly disappointed in the crust. The toppings and bottom... were cooked, but inside, it was uncooked dough. This isn't the first time we've had under-cooked dough from this location, butit was definitely the worst. When the pizza is good, it's delicious, but we're tired of the inconsistent results. Ordered 2 medium pizzas today and was not impressed. I was expecting warm fluffy crust like always but instead got thin and... hard. Not sure if your recipe has been changed but it was not very good. Read more
Very bad customer service I came for the slice and the cashier told me its gonna be 20 min so i cam after 20 min but there were... still nothing. I don?t know what are they doing in there. Even after they didn?t pay attention to me at all. Read more
Terrible staff attitude. Out of medium pizzas Fri at 700 PM, whst is up with that, just make more.....always out of some... essential ingredients for our order. Threatened to call cops when I complained about order. Wont give number to contact owner/manager Read more
I've been through here before and after new management and have to say, things have gotten really mediocre. Bad hours, Pizza is... at best ok on a good day and you have a higher concentration of grease then any other topping. Wings are pretty good. Subs arealright and occasionally good too. Service is terrible and every other time I go they're out of something I want. Hope they findtheir way past this someday but for now, I would wait for new management again. Read more
The staff at this location have amazing customer service ! They are always polite, and have a smile on when greeting their... customers. If anything happens to go wrong with an order they have always offered to re make it or credit me. Regardless greatprices for pizza and friendly staff ! Read more
Quality of food and service seems to vary greatly depending on who's working. I've been very satisfied in the past but my most... recent order I called ahead for pickup, and I seemed like an afterthought to them. They forgot an item on my order, wereunapologetic, and just walked into the back. I could hear them socializing and thought I was forgotten until they came back out10 mins later with my item, dropped it on the counter and walked away again.
