Great service the workers are amazing and the pizza is great
I would give this store 0 stars but that is not an option! Ordered pizza and sides for 10 people well over an hour ago. The... store did not tell us delivery uses a third party. Door dash driver picked up the order-an hour ago-but never delivered it!Casey's refuses to remake the order!! We are hungry....without food....and out almost $45!! Do NOT order from this store!! Only 1 grade of Unleaded gas, and older style pumps. Didn't go inside store so can't comment on anything else.
Delivery driver took my pizza back to the store, said I gave wrong address, I called back after an hour and 15 minutes asking... where my pizza was was told I gave them wrong addresss, never called to ask for clarification or anything. I am recovering froma stroke, so I understand it can be difficult to understand me, but ask for freaking clarification, and if the famn drivercomes back with pizza, call and check, I thought thats why they asked for your number, totally ridiculous Read more
I was there about 9AM to get donuts and they didn't have a very big selection. No cake donuts, no design for upcoming holiday... Halloween on donuts or sprinkles . This isn't a very good review for 5 stars but normally is very good. Customer service isGreat! Keep up the good work. Read more
Met someone for an online purchase in this parking lot as a safe space (as recommended by police and every online selling... platform). We parked to the side, didn't take up parking spaces, didn't block pumps or exits. Employee asked if we were having ayard sale. We explained that we were using it as a safe place to meet, would make a purchase after. She called a manager whoDROVE OVER To (arrived from home) ANGRILY CONFRONT US. Again, we were out of the way and quite polite and intended to makepurchases. We were looking at CLOTHING. She ran over, sweating, out of breath and angrily told us to leave. We did. Thanks tothat disgusting show of aggression toward people who were customers, I won't be stepping foot in a Casey's again. The entirething was bizarre. The manager was slightly unhinged in her behavior. I mean, I get it, Casey's would rather people be murderedthan have a safe space to meet, but dang she acted like we had pooped on their lawn. It?s always the same thing here. Never any half and half in the machine for coffee. Ever. Old coffee. Pure laziness at this... point. Every time I stop it?s the same thing. That and their window cleaning fluid at the pumps is bone dry or dirty water. I?mdone coming to this place. Read more
The gas station itself is fine. Cheapest in Illinois probably... But BEWARE if you are not "back country" types of people...... there are blacked out US flags in this town which is easy to look up what that means now thanks to Q people... It's essentiallya "sundown town"... don't know what that means? Look that up, too. We didn't stay longer than to fill up. Read more
