Got everything right! Not bad for fast food. Service was really good tonight.
While traveling we stopped by and grabbed dinner. There was a little bit of a language barrier.. the chicken sandwiches were a... little undercooked and the lettuce was not good. It was the part of the lettuce that was veiny..make sense? When pulling up tothe next window after ordering one diet Coke and one Coke.. they could not tell us which was which. ???? All they had to do ispush the little dots on the top of the soda to decipher this... And they didn't do it. Then looked at me like I was crazy when Iasked them how was I supposed to tell which drink was which? Listen if you are a diet Coke drinker ...the last thing you want todo is take a big sip of a regular Coke. ???? Besides that.. it was fine. Probably won't go back next time we drive through. Arrived at the the restaurant and no answer from the staff at the drive through. They refused to server close to closing time.... Please change your hours to reflect your service times. Read more
This store is a joke. They will not honor the bk app .. sure they will charge you as the app says but then give you small drink... in fries instead if the medium or large that the app says. Other stores give you what you order but not here. They do this tocut costs and and sometimes you actually would get more by just paying full price. I hardly ever get food here but today I was in the mood and had time. The service here is slow right now because, like many fast... food locations, help is hard to find. They did ok. The order was taken quickly and it took a few minutes to fill it, but atleast it was correct (4th star award). Plenty of parking and easy on/off the road is a plus. Read more
My meal is always hot and this is the only BK I know where they use fresh, whole lettuce leaves and slices of tomato. Not bits... and pieces. The staff at the window are efficient and pleasant. I usually arrive in the morning or early afternoon. Read more
Went to burger on a Sunday night at 11:30...the guy decided to give me what ever sandwich and drink other than what I said.Lets... also mix some onion rings in the fries also. Read more
