I just got here CHILL! But it's already better than last two (2) times, already got silverware (fork, spoon, knife) 2 for... meal 2 ???????? sunny side ???? up 2 sausages 2 strip ???? 2 ???? ???? pancakes ???? ???? ???? This is by far the best IHop my family and I ever visited...The food was very good, the place is clean and the employees were... the sweetest people ever. They were short staffed so they was about a 30min wait time but the manager was proactive andefficient. She did let us know and asked to put our names on a list, called us when they were able to serve us. She did all ofthat with a smile on her face and a genuine apology that was amazing. I never had service like that at a IHop before. We werevisiting Kent so are not from the area, I wish it was my local IHop. Read more
Our server was excellent although the restaurant was overwhelmed because of call outs. The food was typical IHOP, in our case we... were famished and since it was breakfast we knew it would be acceptable. Again kudos to the entire staff for working through thestress and still smiling! Read more
Had a great breakfast. Pancakes were awesome, coffee was great. Staff was short handed but seemed to be working hard to catch... up. Our waitress was calm and professional at our table making us comfortable. Read more
