I just got here CHILL! But it's already better than last two (2) times, already got silverware (fork, spoon, knife) 2 for... meal 2 ???????? sunny side ???? up 2 sausages 2 strip ???? 2 ???? ???? pancakes ???? ???? ???? With Sugar-free syrup & a glassof ???? One happy smiling waitress, 9 tables ! Service was Impeccably Outstanding. Recently went here for Dinner.... Stick withBreakfast - you are Great @ it!!! This is by far the best IHop my family and I ever visited...The food was very good, the place is clean and the employees were... the sweetest people ever. They were short staffed so they was about a 30min wait time but the manager was proactive andefficient. She did let us know and asked to put our names on a list, called us when they were able to serve us. She did all ofthat with a smile on her face and a genuine apology that was amazing. I never had service like that at a IHop before. We werevisiting Kent so are not from the area, I wish it was my local IHop. Read more
Our server was excellent although the restaurant was overwhelmed because of call outs. The food was typical IHOP, in our case we... were famished and since it was breakfast we knew it would be acceptable. Again kudos to the entire staff for working through thestress and still smiling! Read more
Had a great breakfast. Pancakes were awesome, coffee was great. Staff was short handed but seemed to be working hard to catch... up. Our waitress was calm and professional at our table making us comfortable. Read more
My family and I thought that we could have a decent breakfast and decided to go to IHOP but, we met the worst service I have... ever seen in my life time. When we arrived at the breakfast restaurant, the receptionist said, ?A 15-20 minute wait.? And we satin the waiting room thinking, ?Oh this is not going to be so bad.? But it turns out, it would. We waited in a sauna of a waitingroom. The room was reaching around 90 degrees!! (exaggeration, but still it was hot) As, the waiting room increased in people,and heat, we asked the receptionist if the table was ready and she said ?You will have to wait for the big table to get theirfood.?50 minutes pass and the waiting room is filled to the brim of people and the receptionist is still telling customers?15-20 minutes.? Even though that there is tables upon tables that are open, they seem too lazy to sit customers down in thosetables. We decided to go somewhere else. I do not recommend this IHOP if you want decent service because you will meet thecomplete opposite. Read more
I will not go to I hop ever again. The waitress was very very rude!!!! Had to get up and get silverware my self. She did not... bring our food over to us someone else did. I ordered a soda and it was all selcer. And she still tried charging me for it whenI had water. Asked for the hasbrown never got them either. Read more
IHOP is one of the best and all time favorite diner in terms of quantity, price and taste. I wonder why can?t I get their... chicken soup anymore. I loved the soup but it seems they have stopped selling soup for some reason. Read more
Stopped in on a whim, not something at I was looking for, no one in the car could agree where to go and we ended up at IHOP. ... Service was good, portions were good size and the food was delicious. We are so glad that we stopped and will be back Read more
