Loved the location of this McDonald's and the staff was friendly. Bonus was the icee machine! Enjoyed a coke icee! One soda... machine had carbonation issues and the mostly empty eating area had few tables still not bussed the 30 minutes while we ate.Food was ok, fries were warm, not hot. I am so upset. I ordered the adult happy meal and they were out of toys. I was so excited to get my hands on grimace. Personally... this made me very upset because we payed 10 dollars for the toy which we didnt even get!! This is absurd. The service wasterrible, it was literally a ghost town in there and it still managed to take them 10 minutes to give us our food. Read more
I find it faster to drive to the other side of the highway to the other McDonald?s. Just waited for 15 minutes at this location.... They took 3 cars from the other lane before waiting on me, then couldn?t figure out how to use Apple Pay. I could hear themtalking in the headset the whole time I was waiting in line. I have to confess... McDonald's and Starbucks are my most reliable go to places when I need to use the restroom on my roadtrips.... I don't believe in taking without giving. Today, I got a medium strawberry milkshake and medium fries as a snack. I dintremember the last time I got a shake at McDonald's. The shorter young Asian lady behind the counter was so nice. The employees were really hustling today as the restraunt was extremely busy. This McDonalds is set up so there is really no... face to face interaction with employees because you order from kiosks in the lobby. Once I placed my order, I received it in amatter of minutes. The food was prepared just right and was nice and hot. Overall I had a good dining experience today. Read more
This is McDonald's, Centreville Ordered #2 Sausage, Egg w/Hash Brown & Medium Diet Coke. Received order for Vehicle IN FRONT OF... ME (read order on message board) Gave back with Receipt, told Lady wrong order see Receipt-I paid $4.97, Receipt for$10.14. So let's see, I am told by Asst. Mngr(?) I cannot have a Refund.
