LOVE Shogun!! Have been enjoying since they opened and have never had anything less than excellent, especially their sushi ????... Smaller joint, but expectations of decent service were fair. 2 servers were sitting down to a table to my right, taking their... break, sipping soup, watching whatever on their phones. I ordered an appetizer of Tuna & Yellowtail Sashimi & Inari Sushi, withthoughts of ordering sushi dinner to go. Since these were the portions I received, I was turned off to ordering further. Shogun always delivers an excellent meal accompanied by excellent customer service. We have been getting takeout here a few... times a month for several years. My daughter and I are gluten free (celiac) and this is the only local sushi place we can safelyeat at. Tonight I did not specify to put our sushi in a separate container and it ended up in the same container as her dad?sgluten containing roll (my fault!). I was so grateful that they made our gf sushi again with no issue. Eating out with a foodintolerance/allergy can be really stressful. We can always count on Shogun for a delicious meal that does not make us sick. Read more
The Shogun is great place to go sit down and have fresh Japanese food with table service. They also have take out should you... just want to swing by and pick it up. All the food is made to order and everything I have ordered in my numerous visits hasbeen very good. The staff are friendly and very efficient. I recommend the fresh sushi and you can't go wrong with one oftheir Bento Box meals. Prices are very reasonable here. Highly recommend you give them a try. Read more
Quick Pit stop on the way home from the airport, I was hungry! ???? To tell you the truth, it wasn't my favorite, it served it's... purpose but I've had better sushi. One of my sampler pieces was slimy, couldn't eat it. Monkey roll was too skinny, had goodtaste though with all the sauces. Read more
