Wow, I was so impressed. My girls and I visited today to get some yummy yogurt and they are both dairy free kiddos. They loved... the 3 dairy free options. Brook was so kind and sweet to us! You have a great employee in her! This is a great place to get asweet if your kids have allergies and the people are so kind. Read more
We arrived on a cold night but excited for some yogurt. Place was clean. It was quiet and easy to have a conversation. Staff was... friendly. Toppings were a little short but that might have been because it was close to closing time. Would visit again Read more
Arrived at shop and created our sundies. Waited at register for several minutes until the employee decided to come out and wait... on us... NO ONE WAS IN THE SHOP TO GREET US WHEN WE ARRIVED...no one. We thought no one was there.. However, my granddaughtersaid she saw the employee in the back on her cell. Those mirrors work both ways. While we ate our sundies the employee wentto the back again where she came from until another two customers came in. This time the employee came out with her cell phoneand was using it. She waited on them and proceeded back to her hideout.. Yet another customer came in with two boys one whichthe customer was carrying..she sat down while the other small boy waited on himself...again employee no where to be found. Ihelped the little boy..when he finished getting his yogurt and put it on the scale...still no employee to be found... Themother got up with her son in her arms and called for the employee three times before she appeared to wait on her. She againcame out..and immediately returned to her hideout.. Never once was anyone greeted coming in or leaving. As the owner you mightwant to look for another employee that would at least do what she is paid to do..that is to wait on the customers. She got paidfor being in her cell. We were there about 3:45 pm. Also, shop could use some cleaning up...yogurt stations some were quitemessy! Read more
My friend came from California and the last thing we wanted to do before she left was go to sweet frog. We were there at 12:05... and waited about five minutes but they weren?t open. We left with out getting our ice cream and we were very disappointed. Read more
Not a happy customer!! I went to Sweet Frog today thinking I would be able to use my four dollar fill. However when I got to... the counter I was told that their machine was down. I informed the manager that I had a text for four dollar fill up would shelike me to show her. She would not honor the four dollar fill up. A sign should have be posted making customers aware that themachine is down. Read more
Polite staff. Clean establishment. Quite busy when we stopped on a Friday night. Group like the selection of frozen yogurts... and toppings. Only one machine was down when we were there. As with any frozen yogurt / toppings (might as well be gold) beprepared to pay $$$. Read more
I wasn't too happy to show up for a scheduled story time event at 11:30am and another event was going on. I didn't mind that,... but what I wasn't happy about was that information wasn't provided when or if the story time would happen at all. So, my nieceand I just left 15 minutes past the scheduled event. Read more
